Absolutely lovely staff at the cooperative funeral-care, took care of my mum as if she was their own & looked after us when we visited to sort my mums day out. Especially Jenny who did an amazing job with helping us with my mums day (I say day bcoz I don’t like the “F” word 😑), Jenny is a lovely kind lady inside & out, she deserves more than a 5🌟rating I doubt we would of been able to do it without her so thank you and the coop for your service.

This company said they would let me know the date of an unattended cremation and never did! I called them and they told me it was to take place that day. This is disgusting and I am beyond upset.
