B&Q Wigston

We came down today to purchase some plants and turf for our garden renovation. Mark and Ryan were so helpful, super friendly and nothing was too much. We were asking so many questions and they went above and beyond to give us the best advice. Thank you so much both.

Came down today to purchase a flush pipe for a concealed toilet system, unfortunately they didn't have one on the shelf, just as I was about to leave Hayley appeared to ask if everything was OK, I explained the situation and she got to work to find me one at the Leicester store which saved the day as I'd stripped everything out and turn the water supply off to the bathroom, thank you for taking the time Hayley and approaching me to see if you could help.

A very kind young man took pity on me , helped me choose fence paint, found me the best deal and carried it to my car. Thank you for excellent service.

I nipped in today to grab a few plants, after talking to Ryan I ended up buying loads of plants as he was telling me about the 20%off event so took advantage and went with his recommendations, by far the friendliest B&Q I’ve visited
So much do I went back later that day and bought even more
Again a guy called mark looked after us and filled my car with more plants!

Fantastic staff. Spoke to 4 different members of staff and each one was more than happy to help. When I went to pay I didn't need to unload the young man instantly came from behind the till with the scanner and lifted items without me having to do anything.
I asked for help to lift a bag into my car and another young lad was again more than happy to help.
It was so refreshing to see younger members of staff taking pride and clearly enjoying their job

My last experience, had to return a lot of underlay for under flooring, Didn't have the receipt, but because I had my card that I paid with, and when I bought the underlay, the manager was happy to help.
Even if the computer system froze so she had to use the main register instead of a side one.

Fabulous staff help. They went way beyond the normal. A member of staff, on his day off, drove to another store and picked up a part I needed, because a door on my bathroom cabinet was damaged. So thankful for such dedication to the customer.

Hit my appointment on-time, the guys started straight away and finished quickly. Very good job and all tyres checked.

A lot of outdoor plants 50% off so some good buys.

My go-to local DIY store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes I have to resort to travelling to the larger Leicester branch on the odd occasion due to this particular branch not always stocking the larger items due to limited floorspace. The car park is a good size and I've never has trouble parking there.

I think one of the best place for buying any kinds of products!!! It's nice clean and tidy. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to admin.

Popped in to grab some bits while visiting my daughter. Store was busy (average for Saturday) and so was the carpark.
Found everything i needed easy enough.
Very helpfull and friendly staff when approached, polite and where very quick understanding what i wanted and where to find it. The store was well light and very tidy inside and outside.

This is the first review I have made,but I feel that I would like to thank the youth that insisted on helping take my bag of bark chippings and plants to my car. A very different experience at the checkout when the assistant did not speak to me at all but carried on her conversation with a colleague whilst dealing with my purchase! This was at the Wigston store.

Had brilliant service from 2 Ladies Naeema and Angela who after phone calls I made called me back and in store took my order for a large quantity of laminate flooring despite some challenges sorted it out

Great outlet, great range of products for Professionals or DIY enthusiasts, everything easy to find so handy when you struggle to walk far as I do, really friendly, helpful staff. And 1hr Click and Collect is a blessing.

Some of the best customer service I have received today from the manager Luke and also the colleague Luke. Could not fault their service in helping me with a faulty battery.

Good signage to help you find what you came in for. If you can't find it there are always friendly staff to hand to assist.
Prices are competitive and the choice of item is usually vast. Sometimes too much choice. Can usually nip in and out. 'Does what it says on the tin'.
