I recently had a ring made with Richard. The customer service was amazing, Richard kept me informed during the process and advised me on the stone helping me decide on the style. I absolutely love the finished piece and I have had a lot of compliments. I would definitely recommend using A R Smith jewellers, nothing was too much trouble for Richard. I cannot Recommend Richard enough. We wanted some bespoke Jewelry made, and took in images to give an idea of what we wanted and he absolutely delivered on the brief.
The quality of his work is exceptional and he provides an outstanding service at a reasonable price. I have recommended friends and family to his shop, and would highly recommend his services.

I emailed A R Smith Jewellers on a weekend about getting my engagement ring re-rhodiumed and got a very quick and informative response from Richard. I dropped my ring off to the shop on a Monday, Richard said he would have it ready to collect on the Friday, but I actually got a message on the Thursday to say it was ready for collection! My ring looked brand new and was so nice and clean.
I’d had quotes for the same thing for £100 from other jewellers, but it was only £45 from Richard! Couldn’t recommend Richard and his services any more!

My wife's treasured engagement ring that had been on her finger for over 47 years became accidentally damaged, causing a major breakage to the centrepiece stone. Richard undertook repair. I was truely amazed at the quality of the work he had achieved when I collected it. The ring, without any sense of exaggeration, looked absolutely brand new. The work was of the highest craftsmanship and expertise. The standard of the repair far out stretched my own expectations. I really could not recommend this jeweller more highly. Head and shoulders the best around.

Richard created 3 bespoke signet rings for our family and we were astonished by the quality of the end product! Would definitely reccomend to anyone in need of a quality jeweller who really knows their craft and has a great passion for it.
