Fantastic jewellers! The ladies in the shop are all so lovely.
My daughter wanted her ears pierced but had been really nervous about it. Everyone made her feel so comfortable and at ease. She was made to feel so special, the ladies spoke to her directly as well as myself. She got to choose her own earrings and had everything explained to her, she felt so grown up and really enjoyed the whole experience. They have some beautiful earrings to choose from and the entire process was quick and simple. No tears but lots of smiles.

Twice now i have visited the "Repair Shop" where i have been blown away. Not only by the personal service i was provided, but by the beautiful restoration performed. My grandmas ring was also repaired flawlessly, after being cut from her finger in an emergency. I love desling with the ladies there. My next assignment for them is reimagining a ring into that of a gem acronym. I cannot wait to see how they amaze me this time.

I’ve been a customer at Barry Botts over the years but today I went in with my fiancé just to ask for them to help us determine our ring size as we are making our own wedding rings. I also needed help in identifying the stones in my grandmother’s ring. Although we weren’t buying from the shop, the lady was so helpful and friendly with our questions! Thank you 😊

My daughter just had her ears pierced at Barry Bott. What a fantastic experience. The staff are super friendly & professional. The assistant spent along time getting the position just right which due to bad positioning of 1st piercing (done at a different place ) was not easy. They did a beautiful job. My daughter is chuffed to bits with no pain or fuss. Highly recommended.

Such a helpful shop. Nothing too much trouble. Prices are reasonable too. Repairs are excellent. Can highly recommend them and they gave a good range of jewelry in various price ranges. Something for everyone.

I love this shop! I have been in several times and there is always someone ready to greet you with a smile even if they are serving someone. The staff are always very helpful. I was only spending £10 on some earrings for my daughter but they put them in a lovely box and gift wrapped them for me (much better than the little brown envelope you get elsewhere). It's an Aladin's cave with inexpensive items through to some beautiful diamond pieces. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an above average jewellers.

My nearly 3 year old has just had her ears pieced this morning and vicky was lovely . Vicky talked to my little girl she was really kind made her feel at ease . She cried a little but shes now loving her little flower earrings. Thank you for being so kind she is really happy with them and is even saying it didn't hurt :)

Great little jewellery shop in Blaby, lovely choice of jewellery, I went for ear piercing which was done superfast and didnt hurt. Great range of prices too and nice friendly staff.They also have a gift shop too.
