my friend and i were served by olivia today and another amazing member of staff. they helped me find exactly what i was looking for, and my friend and i ended up buying matching rings for each other too! both were so so lovely and friendly, it really made our experience great 🫶🏻

I was served by Kareena in this store. Kareena was well presented and very helpful. She knew what's she was talking about and never failed to show alternatives and she took pride in her role. Thumbs up all staff were very helpful.

Amazing customer service from De’lle and Santana today sorted out a huge problem that another store had caused with no problems at all, both were extremely helpful :)

Zara helped my partner and I chose an engagement ring and she was so lovely and helpful. Not pushy sales like most shops she was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we left so so happy ! Today was the first time I had visited this store. The store was very welcoming and well organised. The staff who were free when I got there all greeted me. I was served by a very bubbly and friendly lady and nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to help me choose a gift for my friend. I would definitely return and would definitely recommend this branch to my friends and family.

"Pandora" in Leicester Fosse Park met my expectations. We were welcomed by amazingly polite member of the staff Kareena who was professional helping us to choose the ring for my daughter's birthday. Before I came in, I knew what I wanted, but I was doubting whether it was the best choice. Kareena's abilty to persuade and her aproach to communicate with customers made me believe that there was no doubt about my choice. Therefore, I recommend "Pandora" in Leicester Fosse Park, and if you want to have a pleasant experience of customer service, Kareena will definitely do that! Thank you!

The people are so nice and they have a really big and good selection of disney and hearts and just everything!!

I had a lady I believe called Amy assist me with my purchase. She helped me pick out the perfect bracelet and then helped me with getting my charms. I got two for some lost relatives and when I told her why I was getting those charms she was so incredibly respectful yet not overly sympathetic. Her service was incredible and my purchase experience was amazing

Visited the Pandora, Fosse park store for a gift for my partner. Store had a friendly atmosphere and very clean! It was busy however the lady that served me took her time and helped me pick out a perfect gift, she was very knowledgeable, patient and packaged the gift too! Would recommend to anyone and will be visiting again. 5/5

Popped into your store on Saturday for a few gifts,we were served by Alex who told us she had only been working there for 5 days as a christmas colleague. Went in with my girlfriend who needed a new bracelet for charms, whilst not the most expensive item in the store, the sales assistant Stacey was superb, very knowledgeable and honest and a real credit to Pandora, she is one to keep.
