Absolutely perfect experience.

A warm and friendly welcome from both, very efficient, professional and helpful, but still found time for a friendly chat.

Fast service as I was only in town for 24 hours and have no shoe repairs where I live, and what a really fantastic job he did.

Two pairs of shoes literally brought back from the dead with soles and heels that are better than when the shoes were new!

VERY Highly recommended.

I walked in with a smile and came out with a much bigger one.

The shoe repair man is a delight, he took my heels which were terribly worn and gave them a new lease of life. I assumed he would need to grind them down to make them even but he managed to build them both back to their original height. I didn't find the woman on the desk rude.

When I first entered the shop the lady serving was a bit rude and blunt, but don’t let her put you off.. The man who does the repairs is lovely and brilliant at what he does!! Thanks so much

Awful. Expensive curtains came back faded, smelt awful, corners had been unpicked and were not stitched back down. Creased to hell. Won't be using them again !

Simply asked “what if I can’t find my ticket” and was very rude and lippy with me claiming I was rude to ask such a thing. He told me “tough in’it” and A LOT more. I can’t believe the audacity of this person. Claiming there is no way to get your hard earned clothing if you have no ticket. I highly highly recommend you go somewhere else. I felt extremely disrespected
