Morgans Locksmiths Leicester - MLA Approved 24hr Emergency

I had to arrange a visit to an office unit to replace one broken lock.
The engineer arrived on time and fixed the issues- the shop had offered to sell the units for diy fitting to save my costs. Site visit etc but it was well worth paying for the visit and experience.
Would definitely use them again.

I’m in awe of the team's knowledge, expertise and problem solving skills! I inherited two Snap-On tool cabinets from my father and upon moving them carelessly broke one of the keys in the lock. I thought I may have to order keys from Canada, once again, but decided to try Morgan’s First. It didn’t take long before they had identified the key and proceeded to cut it for me. Took it home and yes it fit and I can now unlock it once more. Absolutely excellent first class service. I’ll be back for spares

They were very helpful as I needed to replace two house locks that were due, to age and dims. couldn't be bought from the usual suspects on the high street.
And 10 days after one lock wasn't working took it back, and an hour later working better than ever, thanks Simon.

I can't thank this show enough for helping me get keys cut for a medication box. I tried 2 other big key cutting businesses who didn't have what I needed but this shop has everything. Highly recommended and the friendliest people you will meet. 10 stars.

Internal door handle broke so I rang up and asked if they could come out to repair, the fees were cleary explained to me before I agreed to them coming out. Gent on the phone said he couldn't get out until next week but when i explained it was an emergency he went to speak to his colleague and they came to me within half an hour. The serviceman who came out was very friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend!
