A very good experience from booking, removals and storage. A friendly and efficient team. They arrived when planned, had everything packed (properly) and stacked and stored. The made sure that I checked every room after removing goods and that I was happy with everything once unloaded at the other end. They took care to make sure that carpets were protected especially as its a building site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in fact I got them by recommendation too!

They were absolutely brilliant, from the first phone call to the last box. We would recommend them unreservedly. The guys who actually did the removing, Steve, Eddy and Ian were nothing short of excellent. Drank lots of coffee abd worked very hard, thank you.

The quote for our move from Leicestershire to Norfolk was less than expected, the advice given was positive and the crew who carried out our packing, dismantling and reassembling of beds, and moving everything over the course of 2 days could not be faulted.
Great care was taken of our belongings and nothing seemed too much trouble to everyone involved in our move.

We were moving 120 miles away and wanted to move over 2 days and this is something Stokes Removal offered.

We were visited at our home and discussed our requirement. We received a quote within 24 hours.
On our moving day the large articulated lorry arrived on time and the 3 men took control over removing our belongings, they knew what they were doing, leaving us to ensure the house was clean before leaving. Our belonging were with us early the following morning and the lorry was unloaded very quickly. Sean, Eddie and Ian made the whole moving experience trouble free and not at all stressful. We have subsequently unpacked and not a single item was damaged. We would certainly recommend Stokes Removal for anyone moving home in the future. Stokes provided a highly competitive quote for our removal and then delivered high quality from start to finish. Obtaining the quote could not have been easier with the self-completion of a comprehensive form. After agreeing on a two-day removal including packing on day one and delivery on day two, our move could not have gone smoother. Everything was packed with great care by a. four man team and loaded into their van from our first story flat. The second day unload started nice and early and, despite some tight corners and low ceilings in an old small cottage the guys from Stokes did an excellent job. Well done Stokes for such a friendly and efficient service ... we'll definitely be using you when we move on.

Stokes have been helpful, responsive and professional, every step of the way and were brilliant helping my Dad to move from London to Leicester. Steve and Sean, demonstrated care, compassion and expertise, were friendly and went above to help where they could. Great guys, great company, great price, great service. 100% would recommend.

Stokes moved us from the East Midlands down to Bristol. We were quite spooked about the whole move as exchange and completion dates kept going back. In the end Stokes fitted us in with less than 2 weeks to go. The whole team was really professional with a friendly face. They not only got us moved but even helped us smile along the way.
