I used Bell & Sons for both storage and removal and my daughter and her husband used them for removal. All my belongings were in storage for nearly a year and were returned to me in the same condition as they were when they went into storage. My daughter’s parking and removal were done efficiently by friendly and professional men with care. It was a long day for everyone with a journey of 200 miles followed by part delivery of her furniture. My furniture was delivered the next day another efficient, carefully executed, professional and cheerful job. The whole service was efficient and professional. I would recommend Bell and Sons in the future.

From Shelley in the office to the lads themselves - Tony, Simon and Steve moved and packed for us - they all take great care, not only with your belongings but also your own stresses and anxieties over moving. We used Bell & Sons for our removals - 2 day move. They were so understanding when our move date was held up and the staff on the 2 days of the move were excellent - polite and very accommodating. Everything was well stored and delivered to our new home, just as we had asked. Could not fault their admin and expertise in the removal service. Very impressed.

Rachel Byron, the Move Manager, at Bell & Sons champions her business so admirably, her expert knowledge was evident from the point of my first call to the final box being offloaded on moving day. Not a scratch, not even on a box!

Such was the importance of this move, I had lots of questions. The office managed my endless emails and calls, responding to my never-ending questions regarding the fine details of their insurance contract The owners of Bell & Sons have a trusted, established and fine tuned business process, underpinned by their office and their moving team. The care and professionalism was first class and on display for the entire process.

Prior to commissioning Bell & Sons' service, I researched removal company choices mindful that the items being moved were of irreplaceable emotional and financial value. They outperformed closely qualifying competitors in so many ways. We chose them ultimately because they are BAR registered and the office team engaged with my many questions over a 3 week period in a totally transparent, informative and timely manner. I had no doubt in my mind that the after sales care would be just as important to them.

Our experience with Bell and Sons has been faultless from first telephone contact to completion of his house move.

Our 4 bedroom house contents and 80 plants were moved 126 miles without a glitch! The amazing team on the day even walked around each and every room confirming that the bulky items were situated in the best position, nothing was too much trouble.

Had great service from Bell & Sons for our house move. We opted for the full packing service as my wife and I were both busy with work right up until our move date. They arrived to pack our entire house on a convenient day for us before our move. This happened to be a Friday as we moved on a Monday. Only took 4 hours to have all rooms and garage packed up and ready for the moving date. They worked systematically, room by room and took care to have everything packaged well. By the time they were finished there were over 40 boxes worth of items which they provide all the packaging for and mark the descriptions and locations of the contents. The move day itself was a seamless experience as a result. They were able to take all the pre packed boxes straight onto the truck and then began moving all the large furniture. Some of these items were quite heavy but seemed no trouble for them. Old House was kept in good condition as all carpets were covered by the team on the day. To the new house there was a slight wait as we waited for the estate agents handing the keys which seemed no issue for the removal team and as soon as we got the keys everything was offloaded in no time and all in the exact rooms as detailed. All carpets were covered too in the new house so everything remained clean. The team were very careful with the furniture and not one mark made on any walls or item even for the very large items with awkward angles. Once they left, my wife and I began unpacking where we realised how well it had all been boxed up and protected. Not a single damaged item in the entire move process. Once all unpacked it was easy to declutter as Bell & Sons arranged to collect all the empty boxes.

We couldn’t have been happier with Bell & Sons during our recent move. From the first call enquiring about the booking to completing the move everyone was friendly & professional. James & his team were efficient & organised over the three day move & couldn’t do enough to make it as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Arrived on time and the two members of staff were courteous, professional and explained the whole process to us.
All carpets and floors were protected both at our old home and new one and the guys couldn't have been more helpful and going the extra mile to offer and help put things back together and to make sure all boxes and items were in the correct rooms.
I will certainly be using Bell & Sons again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move home.

Absolutely excellent service from Bell & Sons on my recent removal! This was a distance move from Rugby, Warwickshire to North Walsham, Norfolk. From video survey to them leaving the new property the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I'm also pleased to say that so far (not everything unpacked yet) I have found absolutely nothing to be damaged and good care was taken with all items, Personally I was surprised at the tight schedule proposed but in the event a large team turned up to do the packing of breakables and loading of the vehicles, who were all courteous, polite and helpful, completing the job well within the schedule proposed! The two guys who came to Norfolk were amazing and nothing was too much trouble to them as they offered the most helpful and friendly service you could wish for. To sum up, very well done and thank you to ALL of the team at Bell and Sons Removals on truly great service, I would thoroughly recommend your services to everyone!

From the Start to the End, the service was professional and pleasant all with a reasonable cost. The team on the day were superb taking care of our belongings, checking we were happy and even offered to buy us a cup of tea. They loaded and unloaded with care and consideration, again checking with us with any queries. The weather was atrocious but they never faltered and placed appropriate covers to protect the floors.

Absolutely first class service from initial contact, ease of WhatsApp video of the contents of our house through to the actual removal day. The guys who did the actual move went well above and beyond what we expected. Nothing was too much trouble. A first class service from start to finish.

Excellent removals firm - couldn't recommend more! Paid for the combined moving and packing service which was cheapest compared to numerous local firms that I contacted in my region. The lads that came to pack/move were lovely and took care of everything - not a single item broken or left out of place. 10/10 Service!
