Marine Holiday Park

We stayed here over the Easter weekend for a short getaway and the whole holiday has been fantastic!

We arrived on Friday to a busy reception and park (always a good sign!) but we were quickly seen to be checked in by friendly reception staff. We received our keys and were shown on a map to our caravan, the routes around the park are well maintained and clear. Safety is paramount as there are numerous signs for a slow speed and to be aware of children, which as a parent I appreciate.

We parked in the spacious communal parking lot and we made our way to the caravan. The ground was completely waterlogged but we had a path option to get to our caravan, which again was nice as this is not always common at other caravan parks!

The caravan itself was clean and very generous with space, we were very impressed by the facilities and we were left wanting nothing.

Entertainment wise, we were able to spend an entire day on site and didn't hear one "I'm bored" - a great in and of itself! The kids team were great on an evening in the mariner's club, and the events put on through the Easter weekend were great and there was something for everyone. Our kids especially enjoyed the play park and pool.

The park is within walking distance to Rhyl beach and the town centre, close to shops (if you forgot anything) and to the main travel routes through North Wales.

Overall, this was as a fantastic place to holiday and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a family friendly break close to everything you need!

Had a fantastic weekend with my family. We stayed in a smuggler 3 caravan after a last minute decision. We arrived the caravan was very clean and modern, the beds felt comfortable.

I have an autistic 3 year old and we tried the club twice but no joy the music was too loud for him. But he loved the playground and the ice cream parlour.
Will definitely return very soon.

Stayed over early may bank holiday as a last minute decision and what a weekend it was!

Diane in reception was lovely and very helpful getting us checked in and the accommodation of a mariner 3 deluxe was clean, tidy and comfortable!

The site facilities and entertainment was great and the campsite was in a very convenient location close to several towns and tourist attractions

We will definitely be back again soon

Came here 2023 for a holiday.. loved it that much, I brought a caravan here this year. Louise & Rhiann are amazing, super friendly and always happy to help. Entertainment is 10/10! Amazing cafe on site also. Beautiful site with lots to do! Best site I have ever been on & I’ve been doing caravan holidays since I was very young!

We have owned our holiday home on Marine park for 4 seasons. We looked at upgrading our current caravan to a higher spec model. Rhian and Louise took what we wanted as a family into consideration and kept us up to date with new caravans on the market. We finally found the perfect caravan. Any minor issues in our new caravan were fixed promptly. Nothing was ever too much to ask. They truly are the best sales team around. We love Marine park and we love being owners. The cafe is incredible. Karen and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Close to lots of shops and the sea front We couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

We’ve been here quite a few times now and we’ve always had a great time. I took my family over the new year and I’ve never seen it so busy, Eric the big boss went above and beyond to sort out seating for my family and friends when he was the run of his feet and clearly very stressed. I would just like to say thank you for that bud. You didn’t have to help as much as you did, but you still did. That’s the kind of commitment that you get from the not just the staff, but the big boss at this resort.

I would highly recommend this place to families with young children or even older kids. It’s a safe place for them to be

We stayed 5th-8th April in the Bronze Plus caravan. On arrival we were greated very warmly by a lovely lady (sorry I didn't get your name). She explained everything about the site and made us feel very welcome. The caravan was spotlessly clean and the beds were made up which is always a bonus. Well equiped with everything we needed for a short break. The facilities on site were very good. Everywhere was lovely and clean and well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were lovely and friendly. The only small niggle was the shop on site. It's very basic however there are plenty of supermarkets within driving distance. Overall we had a fab break away and would happily return in the future.

Well what can I say … friendly check in process, kids Easter activities were non stop, all free and inclusive ( went to Presthaven sands last year for Easter and nearly had to remortgage the house ) small arcade is perfect! No mess or dirt. Store was well stocked …. Pool is heated. Caravan was gorgeous it was so comfy ! We spoke to louise about a caravan and we will be Back to buy. Not pushy and we also loved Eric in the bar play your cards was brilliant

Me and my partner came for mayday Bank Holiday in a gold caravan and it was great, the accommodation was good ,well equipped and the staff were brilliant, I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews about the park but il definitely be back for August bank holidays would recommend a visit

I thoroughly enjoyed this camp. It was quiet and peaceful but lively if wanted. Sadly, the downside was dirty linens, sheets etc.

Excellent site,location,accommodation and value for money.
Staff helpful, friendly and welcoming expecially Sam at booking in and throughout our stay.

After years of searching for a new bigger van that could compare to my little van that I love not only did you find me the absolutely perfect van ( My van but soooooo much bigger) you have been amazing from the start with getting it perfect for us to move in and nothing was too much trouble and then leaving us a Welcome card with a lovely message along with a bottle of Pressecco and chocolates you even had a special extra welcoming gift and boy was it special infact it was absolutely amazingly, perfect and one of the best gifts ever. You both remembered that I mentioned losing Domino and how jokingly I said I'm calling the new van Domino lol So not only do I have a number plaque, my van has a personalised Domino number plaque that I'll light up every night so everyone can see lol. Louise and her sales team are truly brilliant and make sure your holiday home is just perfect from start to finish. The laughter they bring on fun days and videos is brilliant. They are a credit to Marine holiday park. X

We been here in March 2024 for my son birthday and he had a fabulous time! Good service and good value for money!

Myself and my wife came to this park by mistake,as we should have gone to Tenerife for our holiday, but my wife's passport was out of date, due to us leaving the EU.
We arrived June 2022. Stayed for two weeks. Enjoyed it so much,we bought our first caravan, helped by Louise, sales manager, so polite and professional.
There is everything on the park you need, pool, three bars, cafe,shop and take away burger bar.
We enjoyed our first six months so much,as all of the staff are so friendly, from gardens, cleaners to the owners are professional.
We decided to purchase a larger caravan in a more sunny 😎 spot.
We can't explain how much they look after the owners on the site.
They deserve a medal as big as a dust bin lid.

Marine Park was a lovely quiet holiday for us as a family of 5. We needed a place to just unwind before we return back to work/school. The swimming is lovely - brand new and you can book 2 weeks in advance for an hour slot. As our children are older (11-15) they didn't really have much to do at the park as the play area is designed for younger children, however our children were happy to play in the arcade and then watch Netflix! We visited the beach which was a 5 min drive from the park, couple of nice food places available nearby which was a bonus and lots of supermarkets. We drove past Kinmel Bay which was much busier and also lots of different holiday parks than where we were staying but we wanted something quieter. The main bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfy, but the children's room was small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable which was a shame as my son couldn't sleep there. They didn't provide extra covers for the spare duvet and pillow which was disappointing. The bathroom could have definitely been better in our lodge! The younger security guard was very friendly, welcoming and very helpful when we arrived. The lady at reception was nice too! We will most definitely think of visiting or buying a retirement property here just because of how nice and quiet it was compared to other holiday parks we have stayed in before. Some of the lodges are so beautiful and the layout of the park is not too crammed like some are. All in all a much needed lovely quiet family break!

Caravan 108 Sunningdale. Wow! Can't thank Christine & Family enough for an amazing holiday. Left sweets for my little girl which made her day. The caravan is Spotless very homely and welcoming . Everything we needed there. Lovely and peaceful area. We can't wait to go again at the end of summer. Would definitely recommend this caravan for all ages and family's. A holiday we won't forget about amazing :)

The children's happy place. Never fails to bring the family smiles. We have no complaints and enjoy every stay we have. Always improving and staff engaging with the kids. 5 star

Great little holiday park. Spent the week with the little one here. We had lots of fun. There's a market, poo,l arcades, and a play area all on site. Entertainment and kids club also so plenty to keep the kids busy. Do be sure to book your swimming sessions before turning up at the pool to avoid disappointment. Sessions are an hour long. I do believe you can only book one session a day.oh, and be sure to have your play pass to hand. Close to the sc2 at rhyl. Mcdonalds is nearby, along with your usual shops. Would come again
