Always find the space here. It's £2 after 9.30am for the whole day, but Iv heard council is going to scrap this. Car parks with very short time slots are big blows to the city centre businesses. I hope the council does something about this issue.

Great for charging the car overnight while staying at nearby hotel.

At the time of writing, arrive after 9:30am and pay £2 until 8am the following day and free on Sunday's.

It's a car park. Land owned by the people of Swansea. The council are about to scrap the £2 all day offer and bring in a discount rate for residents. We'll still be paying more though. The pay and display machine is a nightmare. Needs ripping out and replacing with something simple. Push a button to choose your tariff, and tap your card to pay - not the 10 minute nightmare you need a degree to operate that's there at the moment. (you often see people trying to help others use it, or just giving up). Bottom line is this - the town centre needs all the help it can get. Out of town shopping centres have free parking. The people of Swansea own the land, we don't want to pay to park. Get rid of this money grabbing mentality, and make it attractive for people to visit Swansea and spend money in the local economy. If the council want to make money, then start fining dog walkers for fouling. At £1,000 a fine, and the amount all over the city, it would make much more money than the car parks. Or fly tippers. Just a suggestion.

Agree with the previous post. Waited ten minutes at the machine while people tried and failed to pay and display.

Also agree with parking charges. I rarely visit Swansea anymore. Nothing there and extortionate parking. Been fined a few times for not following car parking instructions. Each time I have failed to see what I did wrong but of course you can't contest anything! As a result I visit Swansea less. Good Job Swansea Council.
