Best pets at home I've been to. Michael was an absolute star and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with everything. India was also very helpful and friendly too and was a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this pets at home.

Amazing experience! Everyone was lovely from start to finish. My partner and I wanted a small pet and with the help of Katie, she guided us for everything we need as well as being smiley and happy the entire time! She is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Lovely staff who are very helpful. My dog loves going here - Disneyworld for kids! Teams are always well stocked and a treat for the dog at the till always goes down well 😀

A wide choice of food, toys, accessories, etc, for our dog. We buy their reduced fat dog food, which isn't always on the shelf, so I order it to click and collect via their app. The staff are always friendly and helpful and offered to carry my order to the car.

The vets are always very good with our Oscar. When he had his booster jabs. It's never overly busy in there. So my dog doesn't get too stressed out.

I've recemtly come back to Pets at Home Fosse Park for our giant babies to be groomed.

Cannot fault the staff that work really hard to make our babies look like princess.

So fresh smelling and clean, i've also found the shop floor staff to be so helpful and polite .

Purchased a sack of dog food.
Didn't need to ask about help carrying it to my car, it was offered straight away.

We was after getting a baby bunny and the lady was sooo helpful gave us lots of details and information. Helped us pick out what we would need extra to what we already had. And we came away first time pet owners

Just adopted these four cuties from here. Staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions well and helped us to get them as swiftly as possible.

Purchased our first hamster from here. The young ladyl who served us was incredibly helpful and passionate about her small furry friends. We named our little hamster oreo, and she seems to be settling in well. The young lady who served us was very good at advising us how to care for the hamster and the basics they need. All good stuff so far. It's a bit weird going from a dog owner to a hamster owner, but we required something that wouldn't want our attention as much.

I had a really worrying situation after ordering vet prescribed dog food to the fosse park branch and it didn't turn up when it was supposed to and found myself in quite a state of worry for my dog as its the only food she can have! After contacting pets at home it appeared the couriers were at fault for not collecting! To make it a bit more understanding for this review I am a person really struggling at the moment and this was something that could have possibly tipped me over the edge! MY DOG IS MY WORLD! and thankfully after speaking to chloe Smith at fosse park she made sure it was delivered next day and informed me as soon as it was delivered! It may not sound that important to most people but it was to me! Thankyou so much chloe you don't actually know how much you've helped!

Great for all your pets needs and cheaper than buying from supermarkets especially if you buy bulk

Great range of toys, treats, food, pet care items. Dogs allowed inside and the employees there are lovely.

Staff are friendly. Seems to have a stock issue with their own products at the moment

But pricey but a really good pet shop. All different brands of food, and an onsite vet

An early am call to have one of our cats groomed. Unbelievably she was calm and enjoyed the visit. Complained continually on the way home though.

Caring staff and a great service.
