Tesco Extra

Today I traveled from far for a Lego Star Wars set which was shown by the app to come back in stock. When I arrived the stock wasn't on the shelves.
The customer service helped me and a member of the replenishment team. She was lovely and very helpful also the two other ladies at the customer service. I was a very happy customer and still I am. Many thanks.

Very good store providing everything you need. Lots on offer and good availability throughout most of the isles. Will shop here regularly

Wear face mask, gel your hands, clean trolley or basket too and maintain safe distance.....don't panic buy too.

This store is part of the Holmbush site along with M & S and McDonalds.
The producevis goodcandvthey appear to have most things people want in their everyday lives.

My daughter fainted in a very long que today. The staff for first aid straight away, I had to leave and take her home and Lisa said they’d keep the trolley and put stuff in freezer etc. I returned and they were super helpful and asked how she was! A brilliant hard working team in an extremely busy store!

I visit late in the evening to avoid crowds so perhaps my experience is different. Always had polite service from everyone, very chatty and helpful when I've needed it, never encountered a miserable member of staff.

Car park a good size, always trolleys/baskets available and hand sanitiser always available. Good selection of groceries at a very competitive price.

Nothing to grumble about.

Great place for a little shopping

Busy store but they cope well with it. Obviously on a Saturday at 11am they're gonna be busy right.
Just try to avoid busy times and you'll be fine. Well stocked and friendly staff.

Wonderful customer service and thank you to the very kind person who handed my phone in when in accidentally mislaid it in the Carpark.

Great parking.. All you need in one place.. But if you want more M&S is next door plus a very big Next is nearby with equally good parking... It's a win win... Happy over shopping

Wow! Way too early for this....heck! Why not....got to give in.

Generally find this supermarket one of the best to shop in. I have a laugh with many of the staff here and to top it off if not with my partner often asked why.. I find a couple of staff with arrogance in their streak but I accept it as their nature. The variety of products is good and sometimes they are generous with reduced products..

My favorite place! Would shop here! Baby trolleys are here for my baby! (If have one)

I shop every week at Tesco & staff always very polite & helpful. Good range of produce & great clubcard prices. Store always clean & well stocked when I visit early in the morning

Staff are really friendly. I usually do my shop at the crack of sparrow's fart when I'm half asleep and don't have my life together so I'm glad for the helpful staff when needed. 💕

Generally not too busy if you go out of the typical after school work rush.
Plenty of car parking spaces, and with price matching each supermarket is as cheap as the next. Mc Donald's next door is useful!
