Excellent customer service with very friendly staff and customer service was second to none. My problem was solved very quickly by Mike and I was more than satisfied with the result. Also their prices are very reasonable .This was my 1st visit and I recommend this company to any one with a problem with their car. My car is a Peugeot 307 and it is now running perfectly.

Our holiday was saved by this company. Having had a gearbox failure Chris and his team squeezed me into their busy schedule and saved the day.

In my opinion they went more than the extra mile and have won me as a customer going forward.

If you have a Citroen BCP are 100% recommended.

Had an issue with my coolant pump leaking, I was advised not to drive my ds5 blue hdi 180bhp as the coolant could cause the timing belt to slip or break, causing catastrophic damage (£7000 for a new engine if it snapped!! 😱), but everywhere was giving estimates of weeks before they could do it.
Chris in BCP was very helpful and although he couldn't promise an exact time to start it, took my car in on Friday and I had a call Monday lunch time with an itemised quote which possibly wasn't the cheapest, but was using oem parts which he could order for the next day, with a recommendation to replace the auxiliary belt and tensioners as well, as there was wear and contamination evident in these and it was counter productive to leave them to cause another issue later.
I had a call Tuesday afternoon to collect the car, everything done as he'd promised at the price I was quoted.
You could possibly get it done cheaper in a back street garage but these guys are the specialists and are very thorough, I'm more than happy with the service received.

5 Star company, been using BCP for more than 10 years, started before they moved from garage behind the Volvo Garage on the estate. Always very polite and professional. My first port of call for my car repairs. They are currently looking after me and my Skoda Yeti.

Excellent service, have been using them for years. Worked on all my cars from Honda, Hyundai, Renault, Land Rover and Peugeot. They are MOT testing station too. Great prices. If they say it needs replacing, it needs replacing. Highly recommended.

These chaps managed to dig me out of a bit of a hole when our Peugeot broke down and was towed. They were able to accept the tow and fix the problem in a week. Fantastic service, kept me up to date with the cost, all done remotely. Fantastic.

Everything they've done so far has been spot on. They provide an excellent service. And they're very reasonable when it comes to prices... You know exactly where you stand.

Even when it came to tyres, they sourced and fitted the same brand of tyre for less.

Went to garage in an emergency.did not even ring before hand. Was welcomed with a smile and problem sorted immediately as I knew it would be. Have been using this garage since it opened as I knew that the quality of their work could be trusted 100% and it has always been so.

I've been using this place for years and they've never let me down, even at short notice. Work is first class and good value. Always friendly and up for a bit of banter. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Superb first visit with many more to follow. Booked in for a major service and asked to explore a knocking noise which 3 garages have failed to identify. Knocking was identified and resolved quickly. Prices and details of works to be carried out were given & explained clearly prior to booking car in. Cannot recommend enough! My car & family’s cars will all be going here from now on.

Very good service and reasonable prices. Have been here a few times now with our little 107. They have sorted out air con, done MoT's, serviced the car, and latest was fixing a fault with the front brakes (we had not used car for while)
