Highly recommended.
I've used Wayne Lord Plumbing twice recently, and both times every aspect of the work was spot on.
The booking. Sam was friendly and returned my call very quickly. An appointment was also offered in very good time.
The work. Both jobs were done by Phil and Tommy who are really helpful, informative, punctual, thorough, tidy and friendly. The jobs were done to an excellent standard and with a high level of knowledge. Great communication.
This will definitely be my 'go to' for any future plumbing work.

Wayne lord plumbing are the only people we go to now. Prices have risen as with anyone and everyone, we considered going with a cheaper option because times are really tough but after an initial chat with another company we didn't have half the confidence of what we have in this company, so cancelled and called Wayne Lord back. Rachel is always efficient with quotes and phonecalls. We request Phil specifically because he's kind, contientious and clean. He will always spend time answering our questions and reassuring us on our worries. We've had several jobs done with him now and the quality and kindness is worth the few extra pounds. He is always booked to the brim but I'm not surprised, we can't be the only people asking for him each time. Really genuine guy with a great company behind him. It's not my place to ask but I hope the rise in prices has carried across in Phil's salary as he is an asset to the company!

Bathroom refit. Top quality work carried out from this plumbing firm. A back to brick renovation including old suit taken out, re plastered, tiled, new flooring, electrics and new suit fitted and plumbed in. Phil managed the job in the given time allocated, nothing was too much trouble and the quality of work and finish excellent. Would have no problem recommending this company

I’ve used Wayne Lord Heating and Plumbing for many years. All of their engineers are knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, punctual and tidy. Shane recently came round for a boiler service and to look at a leaky radiator valve and got everything sorted very efficiently. Highly recommended!

Needed a cylinder valve replaced fast and not only did Wayne respond really quickly but the quality of his work and the care and attention taken was superb. It's great to have a heating and plumbing engineer I can trust. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Absolutely fantastic company! Arranged a service for my boiler with them and the lady in the office was SO helpful! Can't fault her one bit. Phil came out to do the service and found the filter and another big component were faulty. Advised me to get in touch with Worcester re the big component, which I did, and they sent a new part as was within the manufacturing Warrenty. Called back to the office and the lovely lady arranged for Phil to come back and fit the part and a new filter too. Job was done well within the recommended time, he was super professional, super friendly and answered all the annoying questions I asked constantly! I will no longer look for anyone else, any boiler work or plumbing work I need, I will 100% be going to this company! Thank you Wayne Lord!!!

I had a water tank burst at my workshop and having never used wayne lord before I thought I'd give him a try. I was very impressed at how quickly the issue was resolved, instead of charging me a lot more to refit a new tank, wayne suggested we use the mains and he could plumb it all in and that way we will never have an issue again. Really happy with the service and fair cost for call out and repair. Wayne remained fully professional throughout and even got rid of the old dirty tank for us. Thankyou so much for helping me out so quickly.

Exceptional service delivered by Phil from this company. He visited us twice once to diagnose the problem + the second time was to fix it. On first arrival immediately respected my property + personal preferences delivering a great first impression but what was to follow was exceptional. He promptly diagnosed the problem + discussed options then the office got us swiftly booked in for the repair. Second visit was like inviting a friend back :) He repaired the problems with toilet + installed new shower explaining everything well along the way did a great job + efficiently. Overall I found the service to be professional, friendly + knowledgeable.

The most fantastic company out there! The two ladies who have helped book appointments are always so friendly, helpful and easy to get hold of. We have used the company for both big and small jobs and all are completed quickly and a great job is done. We've had a couple of emergency call outs (even over the weekend) which have been dealt with so quickly and at an incredibly reasonable price. You couldn't ask for anything more!

Fantastic service from the outset, right from Sam booking the job in and Phil done a very quick and clean repair job on my boiler and was very polite. Wayne came to fit and install our pre-bought electric shower. He fitted it perfectly, without any fuss, and asked us questions about where we wanted the rail etc before going ahead. Nice chap, very calm manner, and he did a lovely neat job. Would definitely recommend.
