I recently had a bathroom fitted by Leicester Plumbers. Simon was fantastic. The response was immediate, always able to get hold of him. He organised several different trades to ensure the job was done to the highest standard after a few issues from previous tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and his advice and help was very much appreciated.
I am so pleased with my new bathroom and it wouldn't have looked as good as it does without Simon so would highly recommend Leicester Plumbers.

Simon oversaw the refurbishment of my bathroom and provided top-level service from start to finish. He provided expert advice in the design stage, supported me get the best deals on products, oversaw different trades and installed everything with a pristine finish.

Simon was always contactable, very approachable and I felt very supported throughout.

Simon came out initially for an emergency leak. He arrived quickly and fixed the problem promptly and professionally in a bathroom where access to the pipework is very limited.

Simon then went on to diagnose and fix a problem with a cold water feed. All work is of high quality and he spoke with me about different options, talking me through each stage of the work.

Going from a random plumber I found on Google, Leicester Plumbers is now going to be my plumber of choice for any future work. Highly recommended!

Simon came out quickly to fit my Dad's washing machine. He was really considerate and helpful. Really tidy worker and made my elderly Dad feel comfortable. We will definitely use Simon again. Thank you, for coming to our rescue.

Simon came round to fix my shower arm that was loose, nearly hanging off! No nonsense sent a pic of the job beforehand he was able to come round within a couple of days, polite, respectful and informative. Had a leaky rad in the middle of the night. Called Leicester plumbers at about 8:30am and Simon was round in 30 mins to quote. He gave a fair price and had it replaced and another rad added in the bathroom whilst he was on site, had it topped up, pressure tested and toasty warm by about 15:30 same day. He even cleaned out the filter for me. Top Man, would highly recommend.

Leicester Plumbers were amazing when I did something very stupid that caused a pipe to burst in my loft and flood my bathroom and kitchen. Simon gave me great advice on the phone to stop the flooding, arrived very quickly, found the fault immediately and fixed it without issue. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and would definitely recommend Simon and the team to others.

Simon is open, honest and trustworthy. While living out in London but needing his help in Leicester, he seamlessly coordinated a refurb with my tenants.

Simon fixed a faulty numeric toilet system and replaced kitchen taps at short notice.
Came back on a bank holiday when the new tap turned out to have a manufacture fault at no extra cost.

100% recommend Leicester Plumbers!! Moved into my husbands flat with a bathroom that was clearly built by cowboys. It was a right mess... No other plumbers wanted anything to do with it as it was in such a state - I genuinely thought divorce was on the cards.. Then along came Simon to save the day. He ripped out the entire bathroom and replaced it with a brand new one that looks absolutely amazing! He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Very friendly and down to earth. I can't recommend Leicester Plumbers enough. Simon came out and sorted my leaking tap in great time, and had taken the time to discuss the issue at length beforehand. He came and fixed the tap in no time at all, and for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using Leicester Plumbers again for any future plumbing needs.

When I contacted Simon, he was able to arrange to come for a quote very quickly. During the quote he provided great advice, was friendly and knowledgeable. My bathroom was completely ripped out and refitted to an excellent standard and looks amazing. Simon has coordinated the refit and updated me on the process throughout.
