Riversdale Surgery

This practice is imo the best in Bridgend. I feel listened to, helped and given the best of treatment and care available. The receptionist are very kind, patient & helpful as are the nurses & of course the doctors.

Taking in my oldest, who's on the spectrum and terrified of needles, for blood tests this morning and I knew there would be tears and it would be difficult. Huge thank you to sian the nurse that saw us, you were absolutely amazing, so patient.
I don't think we would of managed it without your support.

I really like Riverdale Surgery. Everyone is so smiley there. It is very clean and reasonable waiting times. Special thanks to Dr. Melville Jones and Dr. Morgan for providing my children and my husband and myself with excellent medical and physical care and their kindness

Have used the e-consult twice in the last year and it's worked fine for me both times. One went on to be a face to face visit, second a referral to POW. Excellent service from ALL the staff/Docs. Have been a patient here for well over 20 years.

Can sometimes have trouble getting through on the phone but always manage to get an appointment when required and staff are always amazing! After seeing some other surgery’s in surrounding areas Riversdale stands out as one of if not the best!

Virtually impossible to get an appointment, have had to write to surgery manager to try to get through .Once you are through though the care is excellent .

Great surgery. Friendly receptionists and the nurses and doctors are fab. Quite difficult to get an appointment though.

I have been a patient at this practice since a small child and now 65 years of age,I am now chronically sick, housebound and often bedbound,I always find if telephone the receptionists are most helpful and either speak to a doctor for me or if I need to speak to someone,I always get a phone call from Dr.Peach after he finishes surgery sometimes as late as 9p.m but never leaves it until the next day.Dr.Peach is extremely kind caring and conscientious and if not there and have had contact with other GP's they too have been helpful cannot speak too highly of Riversdale surgery and all who work there.Before being so I'll I was a qualified nurse so feel justified in my remarks having worked as a nurse for years

Never had an issue with the GP surgery, always managed to get appointments and staff are lovely.

They have huge numbers on their books so obviously you will have to ring alot to get through for an appointment. Power dial it amf you will get through. They are very considerate doctors. Best I've seen over the years. Using up to date techniques and practises. If in bridgend area register here

Had a very good experience and service from this Surgury recently. Even had a call back from the Doctor himself to discuss my needs. Very impressed that paitent resolution is taken seriously and followed up.

The care here is second to none. The reception staff are helpful and friendly even in a stressed environment...I have been visiting this surgery go about 3 years and have never had anything but superb care.

Talk to reception was pure joy - professional, polite, fast. Awesome customer service skills. Good General Practice as well

I'd be dead now if it wasn't for the doctors and nurses at Riversdale . I owe them my life many times over .my prescription comes in two carrier bags .I'm so grateful

Friendly helpful staff on reception... doctors seem like they really care.

Fantastic surgery staff on telephone, always helpful and GP's are understanding aswell.
