Horrible was ignored by a Ethiopian woman when I asked for a drink, even i was playing for 4 days in a row & playing while she was in. She rudly said I have to play while she's watching??? & than standing a far distant while I insert another £20 waiting for a drink? She should be fired

I play in alot of casinos for over 20 years & I came after work after 7pm I wasn't offered any drinks I told the Ethiopian women for a drink &, She was very rude to me, Demanding I should put money first & she needs to see me I insert £20 & i was waiting over 15 minutes for a drink she stood next to the door & ignored me, making me unwelcome & frustrated while losing £100s, I complain to her colleague, she should be fired.

Again these places should never be allowed they pry on those who are desperate and or addicted leading them to rob, steal or borrow from others to fuel their addictions
