The machines there are all faulty. It break down while playing and the management refuse to pay the wining back

Customer was smoking inside. The cash out machine was broken, when I wanted to get my money back from the ticket, the lady receptionist is rude, didn’t want to give back the whole amount. Because of her attitude, I didn’t want to give up the coin , I went out to get changed, said meet her in 5 mins, when I was back in 5 mins only, the door was locked!! I pressed the doorbell, she showed up at the door ask me to wait. WTH. Just a bad experience.

Update 1 Sep, just saw the reply. It’s absolutely lie that no one allowed smoking, I was there that afternoon, probably 3 customers only, there’s a guy smoking in front of me! I can smell and see the smoke. Also, because it was so quiet, the shop basically has no one when I re enter. Funny thing is, she saw it’s me but still kept me waiting. Maximum including me were 5( including staff , so there’s no way the shop is full or Coronavirus rule or something, I took the virus seriously, I followed the rules. If it’s really that strict, why the staff didn’t wear mask ? And handpay the money but didn’t want to pay me full amount?
