I been in this casino, couple of time and every time i go there i win. Love it ❤

Visited London from LA and this was the best experience i had in a casino, 10/10 was greeted with kind and nice staff, Khalid was the one that stood out the most, Man went out of his way to make sure i had the best casino experience. The management staff was also very nice and informative, Danny I believe his name was, nice gentleman and always made sure to ask him if i ever had any questions, Overall Recommend this place, WAY better than Empire!

Even the machine went wrong, they pay me back! Very good service!

Visited yesterday after being unable to since March 2020 . Everything was looking good. The new menu was fantastic and very reasonable prices too. And the staff were friendly - in particular Mylene who was a perfect host and her customer service is the best I have received in a long time.
Look forward to visiting again soon.

A hidden gem in the middle of Leicester Sq. If you want attentive staff, a fantastic atmosphere and a smaller gambling venue - this is the one for you. Safe, friendly and some top end staff make this a must visit for me.

Very nice casino with great prices at the bar. Arvin gave us good service and the drinks were delicious. Especially satisfied with the B52s, which one can hardly get anywhere around London.

On my most recent visit I can only reiterate that this casino is the only true casino in this part of London. I love the place, pity I can’t come in more often!

Great place to gamble. Hand and electric shuffled blackjack at 5 pounds and low stake side bets. My favourite casino on Leicester square as it's not too busy but never empty either. Great service from all dealers, bar staff and cashiers. Also there is a charity box to save the children by the cash desk always nice to put a small amount in there if you win.

Mr J Cummins has done so much to improve Horizon

He has tried so hard to improve the place but to win any tickets to enter the any draw, you have to first win a big win of £500 or more

That’s not within the grasp of players like me and many others as big win doesn’t come often

I think that if we are playing for a long time at the slots or tables then we should randomly be rewarded a ticket to enter any draws held

I do wish more people would visit there

Perhaps if Horizon gives weekly free plays based on amount gambled previously like Hippodrome did, it would entice more people to visit

My friends and I visit Hippodrome weekly because of the weekly free plays
