New Pines Holiday Home Park

So happy with our new van. New Pines is so clean, tidy and well run. All staff go above and beyond. Amazing facilties! Pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Really dog friendly with their own bar! Over 18's bar, cabaret bar, kids and adult entertainment, live entertainment and amazing food! Large field and kids playground. And the dogs have got their own field to run around in too! Not forgetting your own allotment on request!! Also has a laundrette so you dont have to carry your dirty laundry home. Dont forget to visit the duck pond with a variety of beautiful feathered friends 🥰 Beautiful place to be!!

I definitely recommend visiting new pines holiday home park the staff the entertainment and most definitely the security is very good it's safe and friendly it's definitely an amazing place to go on youre days of or holidays

Briliant holiday home park.

A relitive of mine owns a caravan here, there are quite a lot of things to do on park, there are quite a lot of things to do nearby because there are places like rhyl with sc2,arcades and the beach.

Caravans a bit overpriced when you look on sites that include this park, would be good for familys under 4 with a car, would recomend

Had an amazing Easter break at this site, the entertainment team are fantastic with the children and also very talented putting on an evening show. The pool/sports staff are also amazing with the kids as this site has a fantastic range of activities to keep the kids of 5+ amused. The bar staff are also very happy and you are always greeted with a smile, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Please, like a little piece of heaven. The food is tasty and beautifully cooked. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The surroundings are marvellous. Swimming pool is lovely and enjoyed a quick 10 minutes in the steam room and then into the sauna, whilst waiting for the jacuzzi. Arrived yesterday, but having our first trip off site tomorrow for groceries and essentials. Have to be back for our afternoon swim.

The best site we have ever stayed at, great site very peaceful also gated. The van inside was brilliant we had according to booking we did was a basic one but it had everything including a washing machine. I can't fault anything about the site or the caravan best ever. Even thought about buying one. If you want peace go to New Pines

Fantastic place for a family holiday. Immaculate caravans with excellent attention to detail in surrounding area. Very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and receptionist extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Only small thing would of liked a mat in the bathroom and a mirror in main bedroom.

Fantastic place, spotlessly clean great indoor swimming pool for kids, great new park area and great club, kids love it. Everybody friendly.
Only down side would be that often have to walk on road to get around and sometimes stand on grass verge to let cars go past but not that much of a problem given that not that many cars and all are aware of speed limit and drive very carefully.

Location slightly out of the way, but a beautiful site.

Lovely caravan park, clean and well kept grounds in quiet location. Staff lovely and helpful. Really nice touches with tea/ coffee, washing liquid/ tea towel, toiletries in caravan on arrival. Will be returning and would recommend.

On arrival we were greeted by a very efficient receptionist who booked us in and explained everything we needed to know very clearly and with a smile
We found our static and was very pleased with how spotlessly clean it was. Everything is beyond our expectation and is a great place to base a trip to Wales from

Amazing family orientated place. Big park for kids, nice indoor pool and good bar for family’s and for over 18s.

Parking can be a bit bad sometimes but that’s foreseeable with the size of this place. It’s only small in comparison with other places but that’s what makes it so much better.

You don’t have to queue to get in and out it’s only a short distance from rhyl centre.

I love it here.

Absolutely amazing, the caravans are always high quality, their always clean when you come in. The pool is quite warm, sometimes a little too warm. The park's great, its always open too.

Its a good place to relax, take it easy,everything is here,if not,ask a member of staff. The pool is good for a relaxed swim, the restaurant serves excellent food,the bar has all known drinks available, the evening entertainment, on a weekend is really good,different acts,music,you couldn't ask for anywhere better to come take it easy relax,have the children entertaned,while you take it easy,and the staff are all approachable,A03 Rachel Lee

Wonderful Holiday Park close to Rhyl and Prestatyn, situation just away from be he beach but close enough to not be too far. Entertainment was great as we were there f our St Patrick's weekend add t he y had an Irish duo playing traditional songs. Staff were highly responsive to a small issue in our caravan and came to fix it immediately. Shame it was raining as the kids play area looked great but weather meant they werent able to enjoy it

Lovely park and clubhouse. Food good and drink prices very reasonable. Swimming pool was great for the grandchildren as was the play area. Very safe and secure. Highly recommended

Magic little campsite. We got a very nice, new caravan which was great, and the swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room were all in excellent nick, as was the playing field, swing park and all weather sports court. Used as a base to visit the surrounding area, this was perfect

I am a new owner on the site and it offers everything. Nice pool, tennis court, football pitch, clean, great food adult only bar and family entertainmet. Also has a sauna steam room and gym everything all on site cant fault it.

Great site, well looked after and friendly. Caravan was lovely, only problem we had was the card to get back in as it is gated. It never seemed to work the same every time.

Nice site.Not functioning fully yet spotless caravan everything you needed.Only one thing to make the stay even better a patio set so you can sit out side on warm days.
