We had an issue with a Maserati that refused to start. I contacted John and he came out to us near Newbury. John was friendly, approachable and clearly very knowledgable. He sorted the problem within an hour and ran diagnostics through the rest of the components whilst he was here, explaining to us everything he'd done, even after he solved the problem. Can't fault his service and we'd definitely go to him again if the need arises. Thanks, Nick.

Had an immobiliser issue with my Volvo v70, took it to a Volvo specialist and they couldn’t fix after a whole week and they told me I need a brand new ecu so I called John and he managed to fix the software in it in no time

Fantastic service!!!
I manage to meet John around 7 years ago thru a recommendation from a friend that used his services and can't fault his expertise... Went to about 10 so called Mercedes specialists and none of them couldn't find the fault for lack of power on my Mercedes Vito.... Left the car with him and was fixed in 1 day. It needed a software update as previous owner put a dodgy remap on it.
As a car trader from that day onwards never stopped using his services.
Highly recommended!

Excellent Service from JohnnySBC very quick service and nothing is too much trouble for him,turned around my Mercedes ML300 ESI in a couple of days and posted back very pleased and will definitely use again when the need arises,Keep up the good work Johnny,Many Thanks Kevin in Cornwall

Very poor, called 6 times to arrange a repair. Every time John promised to call back to arrange a time but never did. Avoid.
