Charlotte is ever so helpful in helping us with the purchase of our new home in the Thursby Gate development. The service we received from James Anthony Estate agents was excellent, first time we have dealt with an estate agent who was more than happy to earn their fee. we were selling from a distance but with their help this was no problem at all. We had the pleasure of meeting Jason V yesterday to view a property. His service was amazing and it was a breath of fresh air meeting someone who was dedicated in their job.

I just wanted to say the biggest THANK YOU to JAEA. We couldn’t have done it without them! It became very clear as we were going through the sales process how different JAEA are from the other agents. Once all the other estate agents in the chain had got the offer they didn’t seem at all bothered in engaging with the process. Not the case with JAEA. Hannah is an absolute star! She had knowledge of where everyone was in the chain at all time. She was the one that pulled the whole chain together. She seemed to have a really good working relationship with all of the solicitors, which was so useful to us all. It’s this support that was so invaluable and I honestly believe that without her we would still not be anywhere near completing. This is what sets JAEA apart from the rest, excellent customer service and support. I have no hesitation in recommending JAEA to anyone who is considering moving.
