I let a number of properties through Ilet when i decided to try investing up north! Being based in London I was recommended to these guys by the architect i used. I am happy to say it was a brilliant decision. FJ was polite, courteous and quick to respond. He understood the fact this was an expensive process for landlords and looked after the property by checking tenants carefully and they provided all the associated support works needed for a distant landlord. At the same time he didn't exploit this position by quoting ridiculous prices for every small issue in the houses. He was fair to both landlord and tenant and I liked that as not landlords are out there to exploit tenants, its about being balanced. In the end I sold up and FJ really supported that process by providing support to me with various issues that came up via surveys etc. Highly recommend and would go back to him if I even come back into this area.

Initially the property I was in was managed by another letting agency , that was disappointing to say the least. When ilet took over they drastically improved my living conditions and sorted out issues that had been left unresolved. As a result better tenents moved in and the state of the property was improved. Great to communicate with as well.

Isell recently sold our house. We were in a large chain and they worked their socks off to organise the entire chain, when nobody else seemed bothered. We’ve used a few local agents now, these were the best by a mile.
