Premier Inn Rhyl Seafront hotel

Stayed recently at this premier inn, was very taken back by how kind and helpful all the staff were, the hotel was clean, the food was nice and was a great price for what we wanted. The rooms were clean and stocked with all your essentials, we made a few requests at reception that were dealt with straight away and the staff were not bothered by it at all. All staff on reception/restaurant/cleaning staff were approachable and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They made our short trip most relaxed. Huge thank you to management and staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very well hotel, easy access to all services and facilities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One thing expressed me was that they had the room catered to the kids before I asked. Forward thinking hotel.

Really happy with my stay recently at this hotel. The food was spot on and The Trio of Pies was delish, as was the breakfast. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. Thanks ever so much especially to Jenny and Sammy who provided top-class service with a smile. Cheers

Stayed for a 2 night getaway. Reception staff was lovely and the room was absolutely perfect. Close to all amenities ect. Will definitely stay again if over that way

We were moving around North Wales and just wanted a B&B for one night. The Premier Inn was spotlessly clean and there was a wide choice of breakfast foods. The staff
were friendly too.

Very clean. Comfy place to stay. In a great location. For both town centre and seafront. Staff very freindly and attentive. Breakfast choice,amazing from contintal. To full english. Extras lemon and cucumber waters. Lots of fresh fruit. Amazing value. Something for all. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely lovely staff and food is excellent very good value for money rooms are absolutely worth the money you pay comfy bed spotless clean room probably one of the best premier inn we stayed in definitely be coming back in the new year

Great night's sleep, family room, nice and comfortable, on site restaurant, near high street. Cinema across the road. See views for us. Lovely time here would come again.

Stayed at Premier Inn rhyl 10 Feb lovely clean rooms great cooked breakfast looking forward to staying again

After a 72km ride from Chester UK with 1 up hill push of 1.5km with up to 8% grades and another up hill covered in cow pies as farmer takes his milk cows on the bike route twice a day, our bikes were still muddy, beyond dirty and they had us just push them to our room! They were polite.

1st time using a Premier inn and it lovely and the staff are great.... booked very last minute (booked and walked in 30 minute's later) we should have been staying elsewhere but that was not happening.... its great ..

On arrival, a nice greeting then went to rooms they were clean. Breakfast time there was plenty of choice

Had a fantastic stay. Check in/out is really fast and easy. The room was perfectly clean and overlooked the ocean. Nice little details like really good blackout curtains and plenty of plug sockets, even a little bottle opener attached to the desk.
Really quiet and night and the bed is so comfy it's insane.

A lovely room as always and handy for the town centre.

The hotel is in a brilliant location in Ryhl, I’ve been staying here 1or 2 days a week over the last 12 months, the staff go above and beyond for all the guests. Always happy to help and very professional whilst also having that friendly attitude. They’re a real credit to Premier inn and make my stay enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work!!

For my first ever stay in any kind of hotel this has been a great experience. The staff super helpful and friendly. The roo. I stayed in was a twin. Beds comfy and room very spacious. The only downside for me was the TV as it only has free view I couldn't get my tech to share screen with the TV so I couldn't stream any show or movies. Also the WiFi options. The free WiFi was not the best my phone struggled at times and the ultimate at five pounds per night was expensive. There is food options with the hotel stay or there is a fish shop next door, with a small shop next to that. Walk up the road brings you to arcades and more shops, mcdonalds, KFC even a gregs. Overall my stay was goodi felt safe.
