OMW. What a joy. Visited Bristol Cribbs store, the week before. HORRENDOUS.
Looking for fridge freezer, no bombarding of sales assistants. Made a note of a few,came back days later with my partner. Had to find an assistant. So refreshing in comparison to Bristol. Highly recommend CWMBRAN.

Recently bought a laptop from Currys Cwmbran and wanted to highlight the exceptional service from Jay, who answered any questions I needed to know, helped me understand what I needed as I’m not really a laptop person myself and shown an all round great service from start to finish. If anybody is looking for a laptop come and see this guy as you won’t be disappointed.👍

I upgraded my phone today and was helped by Currys Assistant Dylan. I can't praise Dylan highly enough he was so efficient and friendly and made the process stress free for an oldie like me! Thank you Dylan 😊

I was pondering my choices and approached by friendly and helpful member of staff (ftom the USA of all places) and was out of there, happy in minutes.

Very helpful staff a day explained things so even I could understand it.

Went there for a new TV which I didn't think they had in stock. Member of staff called Cai was really helpful and looked up what I was after as he remembered a customer had cancelled it or something. Asked if I wanted cover etc but wasn't pushy at all when I declined. Pleasant and quick transaction at the till. Couldn't fit it in the car at the time so the wife returned later to grab it alone, he assisted her getting it in the car and was very polite and helpful yet again. Wish every sale / purchase / staff was as easy as this. Great stuff ,👍

I dealt with two male members of staff today on the customer service desk I’m sorry that I didn’t take their names. I was returning an iron which was broken. Both were so helpful and polite. I was advised of what they could do for me and I left with a new iron and customer satisfaction.

Really helpful staff, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much. Really impressed and will be back.

Needed a new laptop after the old one finally gave up. Sort of knew what I wanted. But got some great support and advice from Lee, who listened carefully to my needs and was very knowledgable, helpful, patient and efficient in getting a good package for my requirements. Great service. Looking forward to many happy hours using my new laptop.

Brought my sons laptop 2 currys Cwmbran on 1st May 23 to see if they could help with some issues. The gentleman who helped us was called Curtis. He was really helpful and friendly and went out of his way to assist us. We just wanted to say a big thank you. He is a real asset to your team.

Went to curry’s today with voucher to purchase washing machine.was dealt with the most helpfull friendly member of staff called Curtis. What a credit to curry’s made everything so easy and he couldant do enough to help. What a credit to the company I will definitely be purchasing all appliances from here in future.

Excellent helpful staff a good experience. One piece of advice staff advised the Web version of ms office 365 is the same as the desk top version. It is not. Much more limited. Fortunately I knew this but other customers may not. Worth fact checking what you say to your customers. Excellent service though

Brilliant staff can ask for better

Visited a couple of times over the last week to decide on a new TV and laptop to buy. Had a lot of help from the staff, in particular Curtis was fantastic and really enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I had a load of questions and he was patient and able to answer all of them.

We came away with a new laptop and tv. Haven't set the laptop up yet but the TV is perfect and good value for what we originally thought we'd get on our budget.

Made such a difference being able to go to store, see the products and get knowledge from staff.

Once an assistant arrived our experience was perfect. Robbie was very knowledgeable and patient. He provided all the necessary information so that we could decide which make, model, size etc was best suited to us. Payment procedure was almost painless🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and he personally fetch the TV from stock room and delivered it to our car helping to put it in too. Lovely boy
