Toolstation Cwmbran

I was in this store today to purchase some items which I wasn’t really sure what u needed. Found the staff extremely helpful and had a very good product knowledge. Well worth a visit

Excellent service, could not have been more helpful. The item I wanted was showing as being out of stock, but staff looked through the delivery they had just received to find it for me so that I didn’t have to make a second trip to buy it. This would definitely have not have been the case at their competitors!

Ordered another item from Cwmbran Llantarnam branch late yesterday evening. I received a text at 08.30am this morning saying the item was ready for collection. On arriving, and due to the current Covid19 situation, my name was taken at the door, and my parcel was put into my hands in less than 20 seconds. The prices and service at this location cannot be beaten. Many thanks.

Absolutely fantastic service unlike its near neighbours screwfix who can’t be bothered, I think the service level Toolstation are delivering is exceptional and some other trade/diy retailers should start to step up or they will suffer!
We wanted a karcher pressure washer it was 5 minutes to closing and I asked the miserable woman outside screwfix if I ordered now could I collect, we close in 5 minutes so I don’t think it will come through in time!
Same question in Toolstation and yep no issues we will wait until it comes through was the response so £175 and 10 minutes later I was driving away overwhelmed by the service well done to the fantastic team in Toolstation Cwmbran

During this lockdown I have used the toolstation cwmbran several times, they have run a click and collect and have got the relevant requirements in place for keeping safe. I have found the prices good and the staff very helpfull and I am very gratefull that due to all these things I have been able to carry out all of my work around the house due to them.

Excellent service despite social distancing measures, been using Toolstation as they are much faster to pick orders than the screwfix few units down. Usually cheaper too.

Purchasing from Toolstation Cwmbran is always a breeze, their service is outstanding and always feel safe due to covid guidelines being upheld there. Lee and Rachel were so helpful, would always want to be served by them.
