Rhyl Post Office

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Very fast paced post office unlike other post offices I have been to. Nothing is ever any difficult or out of reach for them.

sent a parcel from this post office on Friday the 3rd of November 2023, Emma and Linda are very polite and professional, they let me parcel my package in the shop and were very helpful, they are the wonder woman and super woman of the post office world. Keep up the good work girls. M Bailey

Never really needed to post any item in the past. Did so for the first time a couple of weeks back. I absolutely have to give 5 stars for the help Linda rendered. She was sweet, patient and kind and even helped me save some money.
Would definitely recommend using the office.

Popped in today to run a few errands, same excellent staff from the high Street branch. I was served by a lovely young lady called Emma who quickly and efficiently helped me pay some bills and send off some parcels. This will be my primary post office from now on. A pleasure to have been served there and I left with a smile on my face 😊

Great little post office situated in Rhyl. Very customer friendly, convenient and with knowledgeable staff. Special shout out to Linda who always provides outstanding customer service.

I have had a conversation with a Lovely lady called Linda, she gave some great advice as i was unsure as to what to do, she was very aware of what products are available, it makes a change for someone to be as helpful, i would recommend that you go in the shop and you will see what i mean seriously keep doing it

Linda & Emma left, the difference is massively noticeable.

Never open - if you are traveling to this post office go somewhere else as 90% of the time they are not open.

Partner went in today and even though they were open for a change they were not able to process anything as the staff member "was not trained and did not know how to use the till".

Sent documents off to dvla over 2 months ago with postal order, DVLA have had no documents be delivered to them. £35 down the drain they never gave me a receipt and i can't get hold of the shop to find out what happened.

I went into town yesterday to post a parcel the shop was shut despite saying open 7 days a week 9am until 9pm shutters down no explanation why it wasn't open.
I really don't know why they moved the post office from the high street to this place, very inconvenient
