Premier Inn Crewe West hotel

The premier inn has a beefeater restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and Dinner as well as a nice bar area to sit and relax. This premier inn is a buy one so do book in advance if you’re planning on staying in one of their rooms. Always a good standard from the premier hotels. When family come to visit they like to stop here and we have a slap up feed in the beefeater

It is what it is. A Premier Inn, you know what to expect. But the difference is the service. Stay here a lot for work and always friendly and never a problem with the room. Receptionists go above and beyond and nothing is too much effort. Always stay here when working in Crewe, and never come away disappointed with the service, particularly for the price.

The reception staff were very helpful and were quick to respond to my request of iron and ironing board.

About 10 mins from Crewe Station and has an excellent Beefeater in same complex with great Meal Deals if you book when you book hotel.
Comfortable bed and nice size room with couch. Free Wifi ok for texts and email etc.
Good value for money with the meal deal that includes evening meal and all yiu can eat cooked breakfast.

If I'm going anywhere always choose a Premier Inn, the bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home , but it wouldn't fit in my car 😁 thankyou

Welcoming and polite staff. The room was spotless and the breakfast served in the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious.

Friendly staff, went above and beyond. Rooms were clean very modern.

Stayed for two nights ,clean room,helpful friendly staff and a great breakfast. Ideal location to travel to Wrexham for Kings of Leon concert just over half an hour away.Great experience alround.

Brilliant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our family room was all ready for our very late arrival, and was clean and tidy. Room was quiet, with air con and on the ground floor overlooking the car park. The staff bent over backwards to help us. We were staying for a family wedding and they searched for a spare iron and even printed the speech for us. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Loverly staff what I say it's a premier inn it's what it says on the box.
My only gripe is plugs by the bed I like to have my phone by me when charging

Good standard of Premier Inn with nice spacious rooms. Whatvreally made it was the excellent staff at breakfast the next morning, James in particular couldn't do enough, attentive service with a friendly smile and personal touch, making sure I'd had enough of the excellent full English and everyone had a coffee after the machine had been out for a few minutes. Little things are what makes staying in a big chain hotel more personable.

After reading reviews on this hotel we had no problems. Excellent night's sleep no noise lovely clean room bed excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying here as attached pub is brill.

Really comfortable room with very friendly staff. Clean and no complaints at all. No lift.

We had two room. One for me and my wife and one for our daughter. Both rooms were perfect. When we went for breakfast in the morning the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Andy and Brad kept us entertained and make us feel very welcome and was a great start to the day. Breakfast was really good. Full English and Mediterranean we're available and it was all really good. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly too. In the evening we went to the bar for a drink and we were served by Toni. She was very pleasant and helpful with our drinks order and our food order. The house keepers were also pleasant, saying good morning. All in all we are pleased we chose Crewe West for our stop over and would like to visit again.

Stayed at this premier a few times and have never been disappointed, although at the front of the hotel could do with tidying up a bit as it's covered with cigarette butt ends.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing sleep at the hotel in a lovely room even with mood lighting! Great diner next to the hotel too. Only annoyance was the sub par WiFi, and also that we had to slam our door for it to lock.

Located on an easy access , middlewhich road, crewe cheshireeast . Premier inn, is located in a quiet area of wistaston, on middlewhich road to or from crewe town center, Leighton hopital and The Historic town of Nantwich.
There are plenty of car parking, with out door seating. As you drive in, The hotel "Reception" , is at the front entrance, on the same side as the " Resturant Entrance ". Left to restaurant and right to the Hotel.
Resturant is very spacious, staff are friendly, food are delicious.
The ambion is well lit and calm ,very light and with added quirky photo frame , one must read.

Outside seating area are very spacious, but no children park.
But as you can see from my photo, maybe patio door ,open out to the play areas.
This is beacuse I have seen may family with children dining at the resturant. And there is 3 new housing development within 5 to 10 minutes away from The Premier inn.

As you walk into the main entrance, the Hotel entrance just bare to your right. You will be greated by friendly smiles. One negative, there is no lift, but the receptionist are very quick to offer help. And heart warming, Ukraine donation box at ethe reception.

My personal opinion to my Room, speciouce ground floor, lower lever bath and emergency alarm for disability. Situated in the bathroom and above the bed. Bathroom have avery good lighting for my even brows . with added desk and chair and television above. There is a large open wardrobe shelves and side bed table, but no drawers. Tea coffee hair dryer with 2 extra pillows. ( can ask if needed more or pillows).
No air con but there is 1 fans, which is good. The room is cool enough, not too hot not too warm. You have the control of the heating in the room, situate on te wall near to your bed. Easy press button ups or down heating thermometers.

The bed is low, but very comfortable not too soft but sturdy matress when resting.
I have different disability, low bed is more difficult with scoliosis. Plus there is no side bar to push yourself up out of bed . Missing my side bed rail. But hey, this is a hotel and not hospital bed nor one own. Is a vacation.
Is a vacation with high standers of what you will expect from Hotel to Hotel.
The room is spacious for wheelchair acess, and bathroom is equipped with various and railings.
Different need for different illness and disability.
I'm not disappointed.

I personally think the bed could be better off facing directly to the television. ( the receptionist did push the bed on to the same side as the television).
And the television should be a tat Lower, this is beacuse you are looking up , straining your eyes , get your posture right with plenty of pillows.

The cost of the room are viery depending on the day of the week.
Saturday, any weekend tend to be more expensive.
The room booking deal I have is inclued in with the meal deal stay prices. meal deal is valuable, as breakfast and dinner can cost extra.

First ! one, must book the dining slot with the receptionist, this is beacuse the resturant can be busy, and this will help to reassure a table are available, and to ease the dining experience when booking with Premier inn.
Requarding the meal deal. Even though all meal is part of the deal booking.
As you can see from my photo, there is an extra charges on certain dishes.

The crunchy you see on the menu, is calamari, it has got a good cruncyness to the batter but hardly any calamari.
The steak is constantly , still cooked perfectly to my taste.

Overall The premier inn is a cosy hotel with friendly staffs , I love the fending machine, pay by card. Make my day with no chains. And With the Beefeaster restaurant partnership with the hotel, is a perfect match. Experience one to enjoy with friends and family or flying solo, still as good beacuse staff do make you feel welcome and the food is quick and convient when booking with Premier Inn. The quirky picture tops the visit to the Hotel or the Resturant.

I stayed here some months ago now but forgot to leave a review! I was very pleased with our stay here. The rooms was decent sized, very clean & the gentleman behind the desk was always happy to help, he was very chatty also (I never got his name unfortunately) the beefeater next door also was to die for and amazing food. I could not fault our stay at all, I liked how quiet it was also. Will definitely be returning :-)
