Beautiful, tranquil place. We hired both Orchard house and Rose Cottage and a couple of rooms in the farm house. Ideal place for large gathering. Very well equipped, wasn't anything missing that we needed and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc. Fabulous pool, games room, bbq hut. Spotlessly clean throughout. Owners are lovely - nothing was too much for them - but also left us to enjoy our break.

Excellent hosts, serene, pastoral and lovely surrounding. Cottage well stocked for self catering, well thought out activity, toys, etc available for children. Great safe place to spend a holiday and enjoy some solitude!
Very clean and well maintained. You have discovered a gem if you are lucky enough to book there.

Excellent cottage's and indoor swimming pool! We have visited here over many Christmas and would definitely recommend to anyone. The owners are extremely friendly and dogs are welcome which is heaven for them as there are acres of fields to explore.

Lovely location and great accommodation. Dog safe garden. The large Barbecue hut / bar was well used and brilliant.

We had a fantastic week. The cottage was immaculate with no stone left unturned! The owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

Nice swimming pool, comfy beds, games room, beautiful location, nice hosts and a place to kick a ball around and throw a frisbee. What more could you ask for ?

One of the best weekend I have ever had with my family was at Hicks farm , It had everything you could wish for, beautiful accomadation,excellent surroundings, lovely friendly owners , looking forward to visiting again .
