A nice place for a good meal in what I often call the artistic (prettier) part of the town. Marple & 5 spice duck breast was simply delicious with a bouquet of aromatic spices. Lots of space inside, pleasing interior decorations and, most importantly, good service.

The onion rings are EVERYTHING!!!! The food was well prepared using good quality ingredients. The steak was cooked medium rare properly (most places overcook). It has very good vegan options. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Delicious quality food. The vegetarian tapas options were excellent. Really large portions. Lovely to have different options for a change. I was part of a large group and everyone loved their meals. The service was excellent. I will definitely return.

Great food, lovely atmosphere but what I loved the most was that the gluten free options were included in the menu, so nice to not have to ask for a separate menu. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cafe just off the centre of town. Posh but not too pricey.
Highly efficient staff serve food and draught beers to diners sitting in the lovely interior or the outside rear garden.

Amazing, cosy place to chill out and have some afternoon tea served. Excellent foods. Love it. Will dine here again.

I had lunch here on the 25th January 2024. Again the food was great. My mate was happy with his order too.

A regular for family birthdays.. Menu changes regularly and specials board is always fresh. Alway busy, you have to book at the weekends, service always excellent and value for money

Post graduation dinner. We all greatly enjoyed our food and drinks. I particularly enjoyed the wide range of gluten free options Good value for money.

We came to visit this lovely bistro / cafe bar in the morning on 01/09/22, as recommended to us by our daughter. Loved the decor inside and the cosy looking enclosed out door yet undercover seating area outside at the back. Staff were friendly and attentive and our drink order arrived while we waited for our breakfast. Our food arrived beautifully presented and was delicious. We'd recommend on and would be happy to return. ( forgot to ask tho are well behaved dogs welcome ? - as today we came alone, but usually have our very calm and we'll behaved cockapoo with us )

Amazing breakfast! Staff are so welcoming and nothing too much trouble, great with small kiddies and even provide cutlery for them. Food is absolute quality, a real treat tucked away, a must visit if you are in Loughborough. Be sure to book!

Review 2: 2nd visit after 1 year and I am glad to say the food is still fantastic. We shared the meat tapas and their gourmet burger. The meat tapas was really really nice. The meatballs and the rich sauce were great, the mini kebab skewers were with the pitta bread was different and nice to eat but the chorizo was the showstopper, absolutely bursting with flavour. The burger was cooked through, even though I prefer medium, but it was still very tasty and satisfied our cravings for the day. The lattes were the best I've had in a while too. I found some sort of wood peice in one of the meatballs (turned out it was rosemary stalk) but before this was confirmed they immediately removed the offending dish and notified me they would not charge me for the entire starter. I didn't even need to complain, they handled it so well, very professionally, prompt and with a smile. Incredibly impressed. Will return again one day.

Review 1:I had a great experience here, came here on a Tuesday lunch time, was surprisingly busy. Service was fairly quick, had calamari to share as a starter, a little oily...but tasty and the dip was super tasty, olives were very very tasty too highly recommend those. I had the rump steak cooked medium rare, had a light char on the outer edges, the mushrooms and tomatoes complimented it very well, the waitress recommended me the garlic butter, and it worked amazingly well. Abit pricey at £45 for a starter, side, 2 mains and 2 beers...but it was really nice and I would go again.

The staff here are always brilliant and attentive to your needs. It’s my favourite breakfast place in Loughborough. I went for a birthday breakfast with my partner and requested a private booth area by phone. This was arranged by phone. As a laugh I asked that they put a birthday candle on whatever breakfast my partner ordered and they did. It was put in her hash brown haha. The pancake stack with berries is amazing here. As is the English breakfast. It has disabled access, and an outdoor section for summer days.

I didn't expect anything from this place, to be honest. We went there with my fiancée to have breakfast. He has ordered pancakes with bacon and myself avocado on toast with extra egg. Omg that was one of my best breakfasts ever. Honestly. Nice price, fresh food. I enjoyed it so much. My fiancées pancakes didn't look as good as my toast, but he said it tastes very good.

- Paid parking is available on the ground floor of the complex;

- Power supply sockets available at most of the tables (noticed this, as I needed to power my laptop);
- Big TV's displayed on walls, for watching different sports;
- Last, but not least: nice, big, clean toilettes.

Cons:
- The billiard balls may need to be replaced;

The food was amazing and great service too
