Becky (Rebecca) work works at Culverhouse Cross is a fantastic customer service advisor. So knowledgeable and friendly. Becky took the time to explain the best options for us and nothing was too much trouble (we bought a TV and bracket). It was a pleasure to be served by a caring individual who clearly loves her job.

Went into curry’s looking to buy a gaming monitor however they didn’t have much in stock so left us very limited , they did find some in stock in culverhouse cross however as we were leaving the store the manager approached us to help us even more! We were then passed over to Devdhur who was absolutely amazing and helped us with everything! Thank you to you and your store manager today:) Will definitely be back to you guys.

I bought a new laptop at Curry’s today and was served by Josh. He helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the best quality laptop within my budget. He went above and beyond to get the one I needed and offered additions that would be most beneficial. Never felt more comfortable in my life, as someone who doesn’t understand tech as much, there was no judgement and he explained everything so well.

I went in to check if my xbox headset has arrived. Then I ask if he had any new iphones or samsung phones in the shop so I can buy one, then I ask what phone he had , he showed me his phone and let me have a go on it .
I fell in love with it so he said to me to look at the new galaxy flip5.
So I ended up buying the galaxy flip5 and he went out his way to give me alot of
discount, thanks Dan for your help

I have always hated going into this store, not because of prices or poor customer service, but because the sales staff have always been pressured into selling additional cover, and unfortunately, the uncomfortable feelings and pressure is always passed to the customer.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised to visit recently and the only questions asked were about what I wanted, needed, and it felt nice, and a lot more personal for a change! I actually walked away with what I wanted rather than ran away barely clutching the only item I came in for, and staff morale seemed far higher!

Received fantastic service today from Yaz in the mobile phone department. Gave great advice on phone choice and very patiently provided set up service for my mum who is in her 80's.
Would thoroughly recommend.
