Cleobury Country Lodges

The lodges are up to date and well equipped. There are parking spaces on both sides of the lodge and there is a front and back garden. There are 4 lodges all together all with two bedrooms (both with en-suites), living area, kitchen and utility room.
Lodges have their own two fridges (one large one small), oven and electric hobs, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV and DVD player, hairdryers and alarm clock. There is also outdoor lighting.
If you do rent a golf buggy for a day, you can take the buggy to the lodge and keep it there for the whole day. The lodges are just opposite the road towards the golf club but it isn't that busy and a small caravan park.
There are gates that open at 9am and close at 10pm. There lodges are usually for the golfers on golf holidays.
Great lodges and would recommend to families.

Golf - Great choice of 3 x 9 holes courses each with their own challenges. Fairly flat so quite an easy walk. Impressed that the course managed to stay open through most of January 2020 given how much rain we've had for the last 3 months and with no temp greens and only a couple of temp tees. The pro shop is well stocked and the staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming.

Tidy and spacious with everything you need for both a long and short stay.
2 ensuite bathrooms.
Warm.
Great location.

Con's.
No broadband but good 4G coverage.
TV very dated with no USB connection although USB plug sockets are fitted in some outlets.
All 4 beds are in desperate need of new mattresses. (IMO).
Be very careful on the decking when wet, it is extremely slippery.

Stayed for the month of Jan 2020 and will be re-booking for next year.

Superb golf, friendly people good breakfast but let down accommodation. Needs a good clean, particularly the shower heads which could be contagious!

They look good in a pleasant surrounding adjacent to the golf course.
