Esquires Coffee Caerphilly

I had only a short time but enjoyed the energetic vibe and friendly service while grabbing coffee and a cookie.

Fabulous cafe in the middle of a bunch of chain shops and take aways. Super vibe on a Saturday morning, very friendly.

Excellent choice on menu and lovely food. Dogs are allowed too which was a great touch - even offered pupaccino. We need many more of places like this around south Wales. Lovely roll with sausage and bacon, and great melted cheese sandwich. Only minor grumble would be the ham on the eggs benedict - fresh ham would be so much nicer. We will definitely return.

Always a nice experience. Food is good though not cheap. Drinks are I feel a littls expensive but we return time after time. My daughter loves the toasted sandwiches and as their dog friendly she also likes to spot which dogs are there!

First visit here for breakfast. Food was great, a lovely relaxed atmosphere and quick service. Hoping this will become a regular Sunday breakfast place for me.

We visit Esquires coffee shop regularly and we have NEVER been disappointed. The coffee shop is very modern, very clean and the staff are always friendly and quick to serve. We frequently pop in for coffee and cake but we sometimes have food too and the table service is quick and the quality of the food is delicious. We also love that we can take our furbaby. He loves to visit and usually just quietly sits on the floor and rests. There is usually a few dogs in the coffee shop but they are always well behaved and never a disturbance. We now choose to go to Esquires before Starbucks or Costa. If you haven't been then I encourage you to go. You won't be disappointed. Plus, you can park directly outside the coffee shop, for free, which is great for when it rains.

Lovely coffee shop, friendly staff and good service. Clean throughout. Didn't eat on this occasion but saw some food coming out which looked great so will be returning to try.

Esquires is the hidden gem of Caerphilly! The food is always delicious! Highly reccomend the chocolate and Banana pancakes! And the Rocky Road Hot Chocolate! Need a hot drink or a bite to eat, this is definitely the place to go! The staff are also always so kind!

Grabbed a few take out coffees and pastries, no opportunity to sit down because of the lockdown.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee and food were excellent. Reasonably priced.

Looking forward to going back, sitting in and having something from the menu.

Esquires has become my second home, I love the atmosphere!
I recommend a peach ice tea with strawberry syrup!

Lovely coffee shop with ample choice. Have been for breakfast & brunch many times and have never been disappointed. Always fresh, warm and fast friendly services.

First time at this cafe and it was a mixed experience. First, we got our milkshakes and they were delicious! We ordered food at the same time and it was about 50mins after ordering that we thought that something was wrong. We asked where our food was and the lady we asked was shocked we hadn’t had food yet. She was so so apologetic and gave us some freebies for the inconvenience and got our food to us within 10minutes. The machine they use to take orders decided to shut down just after we had ordered and our order got lost. Completely understood and overwhelmed with the service after that! The food was worth the wait and i really enjoyed my Eggs Royale! Excellent customer service, especially when things went wrong. Definitely going back!!

We were staying in Efail Isaf on vacation and went to Esquires for breakfast the first day. The food and coffee were so good we went back today. My husband said it was the best cortado he had ever had.
The manager brought our coffee to us and she and my husband got into a discussion about coffee - his favorite subject. We are now hoping to find a source for the beans used at Esquires.
