Absolutely amazing service! Brother Ilyaas has gotten himself a new lifetime client!!

After struggling with bad sciatica and neck pain along with tight leg muscles and lower back pain, I was recommended Amanah therapy by my good friend who had said they had a fantastic experience with Ilyaas.

I live a very busy and active lifestyle which involves general work, walking 10,000+ steps a day and being a dad, I didn’t want to feel this pain anymore so i had my initial evaluation and Ilyaas got the exact pain points that was struggling with day-to-day.

I went for the full body deep tissue massage which is 1hr 20 mins and £70 which is absolutely bang for your buck and he did an absolutely fantastic job of alleviating all my tension and pains.

I can’t recommend his service enough, very well respectful and carries himself in an astounding manner. Thank you so much for making me feel like I’m 18 again brother!

First time getting hijama done after wanting to try it for a few years. Amanah Therapy clearly know what they're doing, had a very good session, they were able to explain to me what was being done and why and made be feel super comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again soon!

First time having cupping/hijama and the experience was 10/10. I had an ankle injury which has prevented me from training for nearly a month. Doctors were recommending me to rest. I came to Amanah therapy, told me the issue and within couple days I was back to training. I highly recommend anyone with an injury to go as it was the best decision I’ve made.

Please look no further!! This is your one stop place for all your health and well being concerns. Me and my mother recently came in to have hijama (cupping). We had a lovely sister called Lola who performed the hijama on us and the experience has been absolutely amazing. We ended up going for the fire cupping which has been outstanding! Me and my mother both felt very well looked after and cared for. Our areas of concerns were listened to and targeted. I am relieved of the aches and pain - and feel very rejuvenated! I will definitely recommend this place and shall be coming back in the near future. 10/10!!

Had shoulder pain due to heavy lifting in gym. The gentlemen Elyas, gave me deep tissue massage where it was bothering me. After couple of sessions my shoulder is back to normality and i can go back to pumping weights. Great place. Highly recommended 5 🌟

I’ve been to this establishment twice now, both times were a great help towards my rehab (after 2 shoulder dislocations.) He was very professional and talked me through everything he was about to do and why he was doing it (how it helped.) he made it easy to understand and everything was VERY fairly priced. Would recommend to a friend.

Had been struggling with lower back pain for quite some time , as soon as I saw this shop had opened up I thought I’d give it a go. Ilyaas clearly knew his stuff and sat me down to talk through the various routes I could take... he created time for me that day and I can honestly say that my back has never felt so normal. Amanah therapy is a hygienic and bright space that gives it a clinical feel. I will definitely be back for the sports massage next! Top work.

This was my first time getting cupping and a sports massage, and I came out of there feeling very fresh and relaxed. I was not aware how tight the muscles around my spine were until I came here and managed to get it sorted. Amazing service, highly recommended. I will be visiting again soon to deal with my football related injuries.

Flew from Dublin,Ireland my mom came in yesterday and as she quoted “ I’m catching a flight every week for this” she slept like a babyyyy when we got home😭 Amanah Therapy 👏🏽 11/10 the place is amazing. Customer service 10/10. She felt so much relief afterwards. I think for the first time in 22 years I ain’t hear my mom complain for the whole day loool. I would recommend anyone to give it a try! I Pulled my trapezius/ neck and not been able to fully extend my arm forwards and up all the way for weeks, i went to see Ilyaas at amanah therapy and after one session its all healed and full movement has returned, great service and knowledge would highly recommend

I came In with an extremely tight hamstring, after a 45 minute massage session I was able to jog again, would definitely recommend. I’ll be certainly booking again soon for more massages and cupping too.

Amazing experience, I’m a regular in getting a cupping treatment and this is by far the most effect session I’ve had. I would definitely recommend Amanah therapy to anyone that’s had cupping done before or is new to the practice itself.
