The Chargrill Cabin

Customer service was absolutely immaculate. Very kind hearted and lovely to be served by them. Food was Devine. Succulent fresh meats that are just melt-in-the-mouth delicious. And what a location to work at.. the beautiful beachfront. All round amazing quality. Would strongly recommend to anyone who passes. Very satisfied customer. Well done.

Very good beach.

Not too bad. Had jumbo hotdog and chips. A bit expensive for what it is but the chips are good and hotdog adequate. The whole camber sands area has gotten really expensive over the last few years and this is no exception. Probably will bring a packed lunch next time.

No vegetarian options other than chips.

No sauce packets. You must sauce your food as you take away.

Nice customer service but food quality requires major improvement.

If I could give negative stars I would give it 5. Cheeseburger inedible, fries made of assembly foam. Total crap.

No wonder this place has such low reviews. Walked in, one customer and 2 staff. No one acknowledged me. Stood waiting and nothing. Surprised the place is still in business. I walked out and went to kitkat next door. Great service and pleasant staff there.

Quite possibly the worst burger I’ve eaten in a very long time. Cheapest quality patty, a sad small slice of cheese and no other trimmings. Tasted like old cooking oil. Also ridiculously overpriced.

Had no idea they served dog food to humans. Charged us 28£ for 2 burgers. The meat was so overcooked it was hard to bite. After biting it the taste was so wrong I couldn’t get it out for a few hours. It has a heave liver taste and it truly was like cooked dog food. Its so disappointing to not have any standards when your menu is only 2 items and you have such a great location to work with.

Avoid at all costs. First off, the line was very short (4 customers including me) that already is a red flag. Their food was dry, over cooked and just left out in the heat and probably would’ve gave me food poisoning if I had actually eaten it (I don’t know what possessed me to buy from this place). The service was atrocious - the man that works there shouted at my friend and I as I had accidentally dropped my food and he came across very aggressive and disrespectful.

Officialy the worst burger I ever ate. Frozen meat straight on the grill, in a dry bun and some chips. That's all for £8, just ridiculous.

Overpriced and the food tasted not fresh. Staff are even lazy - like one of the young lady has some bad attitude (not welcoming) 👎
