Great little place very friendly barstaff very welcoming pub

Fantastic rooms having Benn working in the area for a number of weeks I managed to stay in a number of different rooms. All rooms are very comfortable, clean and inviting. The bar itself was also inviting with a good variety of drinks and a good price. If ever I'm in the area again I'll definitely be making a booking thanks Danielle for making us feel welcome..

Must have stayed there at least twenty times and is consistently good. Rooms well furnished and exceptionally clean with great showers. A very lively friendly pub downstairs with excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Took my mother and my wife here for our first meal out since lock down and we weren't disappointed. The food was stunning and the service was outstanding. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very friendly and spotlessly clean. Fantastic food and excellent value for money... much nicer than Wetherspoons, bit of a wait but worth waiting for! Even allowed us to bring in our little dog! Will definitely be returning soon!

The finish to the hotel is to an excellent standard with all of the fittings and decorations very nicely presented. The rooms are mostly spacious and well equipped with all of the standard hotel room features: flat screen TVs, coat hangers, kettle, hairdryer and extra blankets etc. The rooms are warm and very comfortable and the staff are welcoming and chatty. The bathrooms are immaculate with fire-engine like water pressure, lovely modern finishings like heated towel rails and quality soaps and lotions. The rooms at the back of the hotel back out on to a roof top terrace that I'm sure is lovely during the summer.
The pub itself serves award winning drinks and is always full of entertainment with pub quizzes and live bands.
I would highly recommend "the Cam" as the place-to-stay in Tredegar.

We had a problem checking in but a member of staff claire sorted it out straight away the rooms are quite spacious and very clean the staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast is one of the best we have had well recommended

Was on way to weatherspoons for breakfast when saw a sign '2 breakfasts for £5, outside the Cambrian. It was a far better breakfast than weatherspoons do and is great value for money. Highly recommended.

I work here every Saturday night on security.! Its a very mixed crowd. The entertainment is interesting lol
