Always get my dog items ,garden and art stuff, absolutely love B&M ,always have good quality items

Clean tidy store .Easy parking and wheelchair friendly. The only problem I have is so easy to spend lots.😁

Staff didn't seem too happy. Everyone wearing a face nappy to help stop the spread of covid in Caerphilly which is good.
Lots of parking, broken fences, ANPR cameras on the building.

Staff are slow and keeping telling me items are out of stock but I insist they go look and suprise they're allways out the back I explain I check stock online before I go do my usual wait is a good 20wait to be told he had to climb over stuff in the store room that is not my problem but if I hadn't have insisted they look the 3 times if have been 120 down in Ur store

I find the staff always pleasant and helpful, store is new, clean and good prices.

Great staff, i was looking for kitten food and asked at the till while paying because i could only find adult cat food and he took no time at all to ask for assistance to look inside the storage for me. Very grateful

Excellent customer service and to be honest, i havent seen such positive acknowledgement about the present situation (Covid restrictions) and how they are just getting on with it and being there for the customers to the best they can since all of this started!
I was really impressed with the tidyness and cleanliness of the store and there was a lady restocking all isles- she seemed happy to stop and help me locate a product
I might point out there was a male member of staff (manager maybe) who ticked every box in customer care and was really lovely.. even the young man helping me at the checkout.

Well stocked store, neat and tidy, friendly staff.

The staff are amazing the selection of stock has got better. The selection of Wickford and Co candles have inproved. They are as good as if not better than Yankee candles. The candles themself is reason enough to give them five stars. The selection of other quality stock at very good prices along with friendly staff makes it a must for value
