Team were really helpful, friendly and the whole cinema was clean and tidy. Comfy seats and great sound!

29in watching Indian Jones latest instalment and the cinema is the best environment to watch this film!

Film was brilliant!

Cineworld Hinckley is a really good modern cinema located in the Crescent and has a large number of screens for you to see all of the latest blockbusters. It’s a pleasant place to visit and has pretty comfy seats, certainly better than the Vue and I’ve never noticed and audio or visual issues which I find I’ve found at other cinemas.

The food court area has a good selection of items and a Baskin Robbins ice cream stand, we all know cinema food is overpriced so I usually just bring my own in, but there is a good selection of you are buying at the venue.

Parking is at the nearby Sainsbury’s store and you can get 3 hours for free if you collect a QR code voucher in the cinema, also Prezzo and Sticky Sisters are offering 15% off to people who bring in a cinema ticket for that day.

Good cinema, highly recommended.

A magical experience. Ladies serving behind the counter are very sweet and helpful. It's a really impressive venue and it is a warm cosy place, despite its size. Plenty of films to choose from. A first rate Cinema and it would be a sad day if we were to lose it.

Great seating and leg room. Good can be a bit pricey but that's the same for all cinemas

Me and my girlfriend went to watch a film today, where we sadly were hurled homophobic slurs and abuse at by others in the cinema, we felt uncomfortable and left. We were going to ask for a refund but once we told the staff they handled the situation beautifully and were so so lovely and kind! Wish I could remember the names of the 4 members of the staff (including manager or general manager I think) that handled the situation because they deserve all the praise in the world! Many thanks to the staff and would definitely be coming again. Plus the visuals and audio were perfect too for the film!

Good, small cinema with 5 screens. Most of the staff are friendly and conversational, especially now they recognise us as we keep coming back. The ice cream is always a must for me - flavours change but that makes it fun. Toilets are clean, prices aren’t astronomical. Let’s you park for free under sainsburys for watching a film.

Very nice cinema. The seats are nice, the screens are clear, the audio is good, the staff are polite and the whole place is clean. Also, they are open, despite the exterior looking like it's closed :) Its in a safe area, good for families, and prices are reasonable.

Such a great place for an experience rather than just a normal cinema, has lots of posters and cool items to take photos with too. The customer service here is brilliant too and the duty manager that serves us today was brilliant and so helpful!!! Brilliant all round!!

First time for my 6yr old grandson to visit a cinema he loved it 😀

Went to see the new Indiana Jones film today. Cinema is brilliant. Adult tickets are only about £10, parking is free if you get a car park ticket from an attendant that gives you 4 hrs free in the Crescent car park underneath Sainsbury’s. Will also be signing up for Cineworld unlimited card too.

Quiet. escalators to get up (I assume there is a lift there for people who can't use escalators)
Food a bit pricey but nothing more than average cinema prices. Family tickets were reasonably priced

Lovely trip to the cinema they had plenty of snacks and hot food choices. We had popcorn hotdogs and nachos coke and ice drinks all great and reasonably priced on the offer 2 for 8.25 plus a £1 to go large. . Cinema itself is clean and very friendly staff.

Attended Seniors special Wednesday cinema and coffee event. Saw Great Escaper. Nice venue

I have been twice now and enjoyed both times. Always clean and the staff are friendly and it’s always been quite quiet which is nice. ☺

Excellent addition to the Crescent shopping and entertainment facilities. Great staff who always serve with a smile and best of all the legroom in all screens is superb. I am 6'4" so have spent many a painful evening with my knees pressed into the seat in front over the years but there must be nearly 3' between the seating rows. Great all round experience.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, with a large open foyer, bright and modern design.

Seats in the screens are comfortable, good amount of leg room too. Screens display the films with sharp images and good colour definition. Sound is crisp and clear.

Range of food is what you would expect from a cinema, with some nice merchandise on sale too.

Couldn't recommend more, truly the best place to watch a movie.

Don't go to the cinema too much, a shame really as this is an excellent cinema on my doorstep, enjoyed the evening very much and the film was enjoyable, seating was comfortable

Brilliant cinema. The place is kept immaculately clean, the staff really helpful and considerate (we took my 97 year old Mother). Great experience for her as she had not been to the cinema for a long time!
