The individuals present are extraordinary. They went beyond the call of duty to provide me with a bouquet of flowers for my partner's birthday, which I was certain she would appreciate.

Flowers for my Dad"s funeral - nothing was too much trouble - will do whatever you want - all staff just so lovely welcoming & professional. Our Dad was a retired lumberjack, who loved growing vegs. Arrangement reflected both perfectly. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much

On our first visit to Ludlow and wanted to explore all around the town. Then came upon this lovely little flower shop nestled down a small alley just near the ancient Feathers Inn. The smell was gorgeous and couldn't resist buying a few flowers. Good value and good quality. And a few other nice little spa along there too.

We were browsing around Ludlow and stumbled across this lovely little shop, popped in looking for a display of artificial flowers or plants. Not knowing exactly what we wanted we asked for advice. To say the help we got was excellent would be a serious understatement. The lady, whose name I never got, was the most helpful, creative and patient as she could be. We came away with a fantastic display of artificial flowers and greenery in a beautiful vase. I could not recommend this shop and the two excellent ladies enough, more than helpful and so polite with quality goods and service too.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked into the shop. Myself and my husband ordered our wedding flowers with florabunda, Louise was great from the start we explained what we would like and when I saw them on the day we were blown away by how beautiful they were. Thank you so much for all your time and effort you put in to making our bouquets so perfect! Great value for money and a very friendly team. We would love to give more than 5*’s. Wonderful people and efficient service! I called Flora Bunda early on a Saturday morning quite flustered because another delivery company cancelled last minute. They not only went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, but were extremely accommodating and kind. They were able to arrange a delivery within minutes, and provided exactly what I wanted with high quality. I am not from the area so won't be able to use their service again, therefore, I hope these public thanks will go someway to expressing my gratitude. Birthday party saved! Thanks again!

I'd promised my toddler pink roses for being brave at nursery. We arrived at 16.05 and they were locking up but unlocked again to get her flowers and generally make a fuss of her. I'm extremely grateful for their kindness (and the roses are very pretty)

I wanted some flowers delivered to the wife of a friend, who was due to go to hospital.
I live near Stourbridge.
The shop delivered them on the day I requested and even photographed them being handed over.

Have used Florabunda for years and always very helpful, even when short notice given, they manage to get an arrangement ready for my mum on occasions. Very good reputation in the town and seems the 4 year old review may have come from a competitor as there's always a happy, cheerful and welcoming atmosphere with staff when greeted! 5/5

The only way to really tell is try yourself once, that's the best advice maybe :-)

Fabulous flowers for my son's wedding!

My go to florist when I need something created with style and texture to please. A Rose for example, isn't just a flower. It's a collection of petals to fragrance a bathroom and give colour to the soapy bubbles !

Never had a bad experience with Florabunda, and have always had good advice from them. Very receptive to what the customer wants and knowledgable enough to offer good ideas without being intrusive. Customer service is always excellent too - I've been using Florabunda for over 20 years and will use them for many more.

Lovely local shop, an Aladdin's cave of beautiful gifts, flowers and plants. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff too.

Popped in for an Impromptu bouquet, the Ladies managed to create exactly what I was after and in no time at all. Good service and value for money.
