I worked with Lews for 4 months to rehab ligament damage in my knee and a partial fracture. The programme was personalised to my needs and I had access to top tech with testing and programming. I recently returned to rugby and felt as confident as I did before the injury. Not only did I make strength gains with my injured knee, but my whole body felt the benefits of the programming. I’m in the best physical shape following the injury and I’m very grateful for Lewis’ help and support throughout the programme!

I went to see Lewis after sustaining a calf injury from playing Softball. I had actually injured myself; thought I was healed because i was without pain and had rested completely for 3 weeks...and then played 4 minutes of the 1st innings before feeling that familiar pain again after attempting to sprint. I had not recovered fully from rest alone, and now I thought I was back to square one with a whole season of Softball ahead of me. Gutted!
My initial assessment was to check the strength remaining in my calf and compare to my good leg. This was thorough and informative and using the technology meant that I had the tangible data I needed to make sure I wouldn't make the same mistake again - I knew for sure "no pain doesn't mean, recovered"
so following that I have had easy to follow rehab exercises which I have been able to incorporate into my usual routine. I have been back to strength and conditioning classes and changing exercises where needed to be able to manage and rehab my injury at the same time. I have been able to train at Softball without further injuring myself and now 4 weeks later, I have played my first full game.
Thanks Lewis. Nice one!

After experiencing pain in my back I made an appointment with Lewis for an assessment. After giving a thorough examination of my lower back and surrounding area he concluded it was actually a problem with my hip. Following this I was given a programme of rehab exercises for my hip and a full explanation of how to do them properly. My hip feels fully better as does my back. I can’t recommend the Rehab Space highly enough, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help

I worked with Lewis and Dave for around a year and made significant progress in my rehab journey. Going from not “naturally” having straight posture and compensating every movement by twisting the spine and using traps for the lack of core strength. To being able to stack the ribcage and pelvis and now at the point where all I need to do is strengthen some weak areas and I will be back to lifting again, after 4 years of being stuck that way. Would reccomend highly, and although I couldn’t afford it, I would recommend paying the extra money for the in-person sessions as the in-person testing I had every 6 weeks was the most beneficial for me.

Having gone to Lewis with an ongoing knee injury that was preventing me from playing badminton. He provided me with a series of exercises tailored to my needs that helped me regain the strength I needed to get back into playing. His knowledge is unmatched and I will be using his services again in the future.

I was using Lewis to build strength and conditioning to help reach my fitness levels ready for the military. I had previous injuries which Lewis took into consideration and managed to work with the injury with rehab and training, the weekly routines were very varied and really kept a good level of consistency throughout. He monitored how I was feeling mentally and physically and planed each workout block accordingly to keep me training at my optimum. Couldn’t recommend this guy enough!

I worked with Lewis and the PAP effect for a knee injury. As I was waiting for a date for surgery, Lewis tailored a programme so that when I did have surgery my knee would be in the best condition it could be for surgery. Then after surgery my programme again was tailored to suit post surgery which helped tremendously.
I cannot recommend Lewis and the PAP effect enough, very professional and knowledgeable and also a nice guy with it.
If you need any form of rehab give these guys a shout, you won’t be disappointed.
