I had a 45 minute sports massage with Erin following 4 weeks of shoulder and arm pain. She was superb, so knowledgeable on the matter with great advice for continued recovery. The massage was firm but feel so much better following the treatment. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

I cannot recommend Health & sports physiotherapy more highly, Carys in particular. I've had a history of back problems for the past 5 years and at the start of August this culminated in a back injury that lead to me being almost literally unable to walk due to crippling pain in my left leg. I was able to get appointments with Carys and the difference in a short time is astonishing. She gave me a diagnosis, treatment and plan to work with. The results have been dramatic! My back feels more stable than ever, and for the first time ever I can touch my toes. You have to be willing to put the work in, but if my experience is anything to go by, this is the place to go.

Money well spent.
Included prognosis, advice and treatment.
Felt much, much better the next day, for the first time in a long time.
Loved booking my appointment online and paying through PayPal. Then just had to turn up.
Will definitely be going here in the future.

Cannot give enough praise to Health & Sports Physiotherapy. I was referred with a shoulder injury following a cycling accident and the care and treatment given was exceptional. I was treated by Alyson who went above and beyond and whose rehabilitation plan got me back to full strength far quicker than I ever thought possible.

Had suffered with back pain caused by a deep knot for over a week. One trip to Owen and it's gone! He was friendly and informative and would definitely go to him again if I needed anything else done. Easy to book appointments online and reasonably priced too!

Had a very rare (and pretty bad) ankle break with ligament reconstruction after a football accident. Dan was brilliant and I’m now back to playing fully playing after 6 months of intense recovery.

Having had a knee reconstruction I was keen to find the best advise to help me through my rehabilitation. Dan expertly guided me through the process and went above and beyond to ensure that my recovery was a success. I am now back to full health and leading a very active lifestyle.

Bike Fit

Having used Health and Sports Physiotherapy previously for sports related injury and rehab, I had no hesitation in booking a bike fit with them.

Dan is very friendly and knowlagable and referred me on to Andy who does the bike fit service. Andy who is also an experienced physiotherapist took time in assessing my current bike setup, history and body bio mechanics. We made slight adjustments to my bike and Andy took me through some excersises to help improve some slight weaknesses and imbalances identified in the assessment. Took about 2 and a half hours in all and was interesting and informative. A full detailed written up assessment was provided by Andy.

Will no doubt need to use them in the future again for sports related injury, and would recommend to anyone looking for treatment or bike fit.
