After a recent sports injury requiring surgery, I started seeing Dan to increase my mobility and strength. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and after an initial consultation, he provided a physio report and an exercise plan to follow which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dan!

Having experienced a sudden onset of pain in my neck and shoulders, I looked around for a physiotherapist and came across Dan. He was extremely busy, yet still took the time to listen to my experience, an initial consult was setup very quickly via video chat where I performed a series of movements and we discussed my lifestyle. Dan is extremely personable and evaluates everything as you talk.

The treatment was very thorough, safe and professional. Though I left still sore (explained very thoroughly by Dan) the following days saw a huge improvement in the mobilisation around the affected areas.

Will recommend Dan in a heartbeat, he is friendly, knowledgeable and logical and does a great job of demystifying the technical aspects of the specific treatment.

I broke my wrist earlier this year and Dan is currently helping me regain full mobility. He quickly diagnosed my problem areas and is helping me to make a full recovery. He is professional and knowledgeable and I am confident that I will soon be back to normal. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I got in contact with Dan after being recommended by a team mate of mine. He was really accommodating with my job when arranging an initial consultation and a follow up to do some testing. Dan is clearly extremely knowledgable and made me feel at ease throughout, even with the added difficulty of doing things virtually!
He identified three issues I needed to work on and developed a programme that addressed these for me- which I can’t wait to get started. I’ll definitely be returning to see Dan in the future after having such a great first experience.

Dan was very welcoming and friendly. He provided me with exercises to rehab from surgery to take home, and made sure that I was able to feel and experience these working correctly. The progression through the exercises and advice I received was great, leading to a full recovery.

I am probably an unusual patient as I have no injuries but been feeling more and more stiff after playing sports and this is where I found Dan. First consult was effortless through the medium of online consulting which he made me feel at ease and able to to go through my main issues from the off. After a f2f examination and then some treatment I honestly can say my aches and pains eased off right after the treatment. Cleary a very knowledgeable person, at the top of his game and a lovely person to boot. Thank you Dan.

After several years of putting up with back issues such as muscle tension, stiffness and countless knots around my shoulders/neck - and more recently a bad fall fracturing a lower vertebrae… it was time to find a Physio! Dan was recommended to me and it was the best decision. He’s extremely knowledgeable and super friendly so I instantly felt at ease. I am having regular treatment which also involves acupuncture and mobility exercises/stretches to do in my own time. I travel from Newport every other week and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

As well as examining me, Dan took the time to listen to me describe my injury and asked pertinent questions. Rehabilitation exercises were designed to meet my specific problem and were adapted to take account of the progress made. It was important to me that I was seen by a physio who is familiar with sporting related injuries and who understands the mindset of amateur athletes - Dan more than ticks that box. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. A fall left me in pain and with restricted mobility.Dan has been amazing in identifying an incorrect diagnosis , and assisting me to access diagnostic tests. Would highly recommend Dan for your injuries. Very knowledgable and experienced with injuries and injury prevention. I’ve previously had an ACL reconstruction which he oversaw the injury process and gave me treatment when/where I needed it. I recently contacted him about an issue in my knee which was bothering me, he very quickly responded and got me booked in. Dan is definitely someone I will keep in my contacts, he is always there when I need him. If you’re from South Wales area, he’s your guy for injuries!

Daniel has recently treated me after knee surgery. I switched to him due to not progressing under the physio therapist that was treating me at Nuffield health.

In the short time Dan has been treating me I have started running, my knee pain has subsided and I’m very confident of my knee returning to how it was before injury.

Dan has helped me with several strains in my left hand, arm and shoulder from playing guitar professionally. A couple of treatments have relieved the pain and enabled me to keep playing regularly. Highly recommended.

Really impressed by the service from Daniel. On-line consult during the COVID pandemic, but managed to get to the root of the issue with detailed questions and observation of movements. Same day app based exercises with video examples, which made it easy to follow the required programme and track progress. Great to benefit from someone who is clearly expert in their field. Dan was kind enough to give me a Zoom consultation regarding problems with my knee. He was so helpful and has given me an exercise programme plus advice on what inner soles, knee support to purchase.

Only had one session so far but made me think about my injury in a completely different way, simplified very detailed parts of the anatomy so that even I could understand. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.
