A massive massive thank you to all the staff at the green lady for being so patient kind and helpful whilst we had my nephews christening in the function room

Nothing was ever a bother to the staff they were on hand to help whenever we needed specially when there was so many of us ordering food and drinks it came fast and was HOT which is always a good sign. Huge thank you to Leia always asking if we were ok and how our food was and if we had everything we needed. And great big thank you to Simone for letting me set up Sunday morning making sure the room was clean and free for me to get set up for the christening.

I would recommend the staff the management team and the function room at the green lady to everyone.

Over the past year this has become our regular for meeting up with friends and eating out. Simon, Adam and the rest of the staff are superb, nothing is ever too much trouble and they're very accommodating. Service is swift and I can honestly say I've not had a bad meal here in all my visits, which I can say is generally weekly at this point.

The beer garden is a good size and the bar itself is quite spacious, dotted around the bar there are several large screen TV's to watch a variety of sports. In addition to the bar there is also a function room that can be hired for a multitude of events just ask at the bar for further details. At times it can be quite busy which is down to how popular this place is, but the staff work tirelessly to ensure that service is as efficient as it possibly can be and that their customers leave happy.

I always enjoy my visits to The Green Lady. Most recently I went my partner and my gran for food. The welcome we received was really friendly. The food was lovely. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals (and the desserts 😁). My gran said she can’t wait to go back again. I’m definitely in agreement!

I booked the function room here for my aunties birthday. I also booked a buffet with that, this was an added plus for me because we had a large amount of guests. The team went above and beyond to facilitate all requests. The buffet was delicious, many guests commented on that. I had a karaoke/ DJ come in and we used the projector screen that comes with the room for that. Guests were really impressed by the hospitality. The atmosphere was amazing. 10/10.

Visited today for Sunday lunch, and the food was lovely, had a turkey dinner which was very nice with lots of veg. Good selection of desserts as well I had the choc fudge cake which was beautiful. Great service from the bar staff too especially Simon and Amelia who made me and my family feel welcome.

Great atmosphere and Always a warm welcome and friendly staff. As a vegetarian there's loads of options, like the ultimate veggie burger or the vegan chilli. Love that there's always something going on and something being advertised. Shout out to Jack P, Lisa and Holly. Can't wait for tomorrow's live event.

I recently came into the green lady and had a fantastic experience! I had the amazing cow boy burger with a side of chips. Not a bad word to say about the green lad! I had fantastic service from Kristie who was very polite and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone!

Lovely food , great value and good portion size.

Amazing atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful (especially Holly). Tables are clean and tidy inside and out, and food is 10/10. Came with friends and had the best time, drinks came fast and with a smile. Would definitely come again, can’t wait for karaoke tomorrow.

Had the fish and chips off the main menu. Service was quick despite the fact it was busy. Food was piping hot and delicious. Good value for money.
Make sure to pop your registration number into the iPad on the end of the bar for free parking and to avoid a parking fine as the system has changed and the meter is no longer working. Check the maximum you can stay for - on my visit it was 4 hours, but worth checking in case it changes in the future

I was thoroughly impressed with our lunch experience. The meal was perfectly cooked and served piping hot. The staff were incredibly friendly, The waitress Amelia being particularly outstanding. She was always smiling and showed great politeness throughout our visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we can't wait to come back again.

Went here today for my mums birthday meal! Had such a lovely time! My southern fried chicken burger was cooked to perfection! The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a great day! Simon especially made our night making sure everyone’s meals were up to their high standards!

Great atmosphere throughout the establishment, Bar attendees had been very informative about car parking information, food was nicely prepared and tasted fresh, enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere throughout the bar and restaurant

We're here weekly for the quiz and the pub is always welcoming. We came early for food today and had the mac & cheese, which was delicious. Our server Caitlin was lovely and personable.

Came across this place on my travels and it was brilliant. Would absolutely recommend! Staff are lovely and go out of their way to make the experience better. The food was absolutely stunning and well portioned. Will definitely have to come back again soon! 💯 Lisa and Simon were the standouts of my trip
