Boots

many thanks to the young woman in cosmetics who helped me this afternoon with my makeup choices. I had made, in my ignorance, some previous bad choices, but this lovely young woman directed me to the right area and helped me make more appropriate purchases. I didn't get her name but I'm very pleased with my products and would like to pass on a big thank you.

This is an excellent Boots with a large product range. The staff who helped me choose some make up today were really helpful and it was kind they let me take some samples to try

Had our flu jabs. Brilliant web site for easy booking. On arrival, a designated area at the back of the shop. Quiet and private. Excellent service from Siovhan and Debbie. Never felt a thing! Far better than queuing at the GP surgery.
Will in future always use Boots at Chichester for our flu jab.

The staff at the pharmacy were super helpful in finding a product I was after and even put it to one side until I was able to collect it.
My phone call was answered within just a few rings and the lady was very friendly and willing to help.

Needed some advice on products for an ailment and Siobhan was knowlegeable, professional and took time and care to help us.

The front of house and the kitchen staff were very professional and accomodating, allowing me to thoroughly enjoy a wonderful fish chowder, although it wasn't on the regular menu.

I had troubles with the photo printing machine and a very nice lady called Linda helped me finish printing my photos. She was absolutely lovely and so are all the other staff members in the Chichester store.

Nice new store, still in the middle of refit but loved the floor. I found everything easy that I was looking for.

The lovely lady Eloise on the Clarins counter is super helpful, she is always happy to help with choosing products and also does lovely mini makeovers so you can try before you buy , Sharon on Estée Lauder is also great and genuinely happy to help x

With all the department stores round hete gone boots has cleaned up! I was shopping for makeup and they had a brilliant range and a lovely brand independent consultant. I was really impressed with the service

This is a really good Boots. I've been in some that seem larger but this one always has everything I ever need and we all know that their reward card points are brilliant for saving up for Christmas presents.

Went in to find my colour match clinique foundation. Booked with Ellie she was brilliant really friendly and helpful. She found the prefect foundation for me thank you so much.

Very professional pharmacists, and knowledgeable attentive assistants. Have helped with a variety of issues not thier fault. Almost like an independent chemist. Rest of shop is typical Boots but is well laid out and well stocked. All staff helpful

I had injured my hand and rather than go to A&E I thought it could be resolved by the pharmacy at Boots Chichester. They were very helpful, applied the necessary dressing and didn't charge although I offered. Well done!

Friendly and helpful staff, clearly organised and a wide selection of products. My only negative point is they seemed to have removed their gluten-free sandwich options as I haven't been able to buy any here for months now.

Visited the pharmacy dept today to get some advice on blood press problem found the pharmacist to be very helpful and knowledgeable put my mind at rest about blood pressure problems would definitely recommend this store thanks once again glenn scott

Fantastic large store that has everything you could possibly need in the health/toiletries area, as well as a great range of make-up and all the other items they have on offer.

Self serve till to save queuing, but i do find the staff nice to speak to if you require assistance, just an all round happy shopping experience whenever i visit.
