This is a nice store, the staff are friendly, I spoke with the manager Karl and he was great he explained everything and the different options when buying a new sofa. Just be careful when buying one that you get one in the sales. It’s better to watch the prices as they do go up and down a lot, you can end up paying a lot more than you should do so make sure you keep an eye on the product you want to buy. This could end up saving you a few hundred pounds.

Bought a clearance item today and arranged delivery with a good discount . Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and try their best to provide a great service and price. Have bought from the store in the past and would definitely use again. Highly recommend!

Purchased a new sofa today at Preston. Shiva at furniture village was very helpful with our order and completed it very efficiently. She was super friendly and patient with us when deciding the colours and designs!

Arrived today in shop having an idea more or so of what kind of beds I would like to purchase for two of the bedrooms. Asked for assistance and Mr Andrew Mottley, the sales consultant, very promptly offered to help. After discussing options, I was given an excellent price for two double beds, continental style with footboards, mattress protection and pillows. Items will be delivered in 3 weeks and I am looking forward to that. Cannot thank enough our sales assistant. He is polite, not pushy, listens to his clients and makes suggestions that fit the budget one had in mind. Excellent service. Will come again next month for wardrobes 😁
