Forgot to push the "order" button on the app.

Walked in to store, realised I hadn't ordered the parts I needed, rattled off a bunch of parts numbers, waited a few minutes and they gave me everything I wanted.

Received much less laughing at my disorganisation than I deserved. 10/10 would forget to order again.

On Sunday 7th of April I had a fantastic experience here. I recently bought some brake pads from a branch in Yeovil and whilst fitting them realised they were incompatible with my car. I took them to this branch and the bloke there was very helpful and hooked me up with the correct part and did all the checks to make sure I was getting the best part possible. It made my experience much better and I am very thankful.

Popped in earlier to ask about some parts. Ordered arrived later that day. Perfect so far and saved £70 on dealer price for rear plate lamps.!!

First young Lady serving didn't seem to have a clue, but second young Lady who was asked by first lady 'do we do batteries for ignition keys' said 'Yes why you asking' and then disappeared out the back and hey presto 2 mins back with the battery I wanted. Great service, and possibly first young Lady was new and still learning.

Euro Car Parts Poole, sorted my online order within the hour. I entered my registration on the website, picked the parts i needed and ordered for collection. I drove over within the hour and they had it in my hand in under 5 minutes. Affordable parts with some great online discounts for good brands. Absolutely recommend. 💯

We did not click and collect, but went in just to buy. It was quick service and we got just what what was needed. Polite friendly staff and would recommend to anyone, great job guys.

I have been in several times for different parts. All the staff there are always very helpful and knowledgeable, meaning I leave with exactly what I need. I find prices to be good also.

Great customer service, I had ordered click and collect went to the Poole store instead of the Bournemouth store, the gentleman on the counter was very kind to check if they had any available at their store and they did , saved me from going to the other store. He was very polite and understanding that meant a lot, thank you.

Place your order online and use those PROMOTION CODE for 20 to 30% off (order to collect). But like others have said, although there are 2 sets of computer at the counter, they only open ONE. So if you are lucky, you can be served in 2 minutes. If you were less fortunate (on a busy day), it can be anything from 15 to 30 minutes just for queuing up.

Excellent service:) had a warranty issue with battery and Alex was really helpful to exchange. Unfortunately their guys can’t do fitting etc but recommended me to garage across the road...Autorite Tony...who was kind helpful and sorted fitting for small fee. Thank you to Alex and Damian at Euro car parts Poole who obviously then got some chocolate from me:))

Easy click and collect from the website. Good quick service, very convenient

What a fantastic delivery service. Ordered parts on line, paid with PayPal at 12.13pm and a man was knocking on my door at 13.21pm with all the right parts, a cheerful smiling face , all this PLUS free delivery and 30% discount. A credit to this company and all who work for and support it.

Mostly best prices for parts in the area. Working 7 days a week, fantastic. If someone still doesn't know, they have weekend discount if you order online.
