Blend Coffee and Cakes

Cute boutique cafe down a little road.

We ordered the ham and mustard and salad sandwich and also the homemade quiche, that came with coleslaw, salad and crisps.

Salad was too salty but thankfully the staff brought out some fresh salad and dressing, so that was appreciated.

Everything was delicious.

Drinks were lovely, enjoyed a fantastic Sicilian lemonade.

Look forward to trying out other things on the menu.

Ordered a couple of cakes to take away, also very tasty. The cappuccino cake was very enjoyable, the toffee and ginger cake is on standby for tonight's pudding!

Portions a little small but perfectly adequate and good value for the quality.

I'm glad to support independant local businesses like this one.

Bill altogether came to £25 for lunch and drinks for two as well as 2 slices of cake.

An impromptu team meeting, meant the team at Blend had to put up with a descent of software-devs, covering a table with post-its, while needing a constant supply of fresh coffee.

The whole staff were warm, friendly and happy to oblige our rag tag bunch.
So happy and can't wait to go again.

Phoned and reserved a table today for us 3 and my dog, not a problem 👍 Lovely friendly staff and the food and drink was fantastic - hot, tasty and really nicely plated with a inviting side salad. The cakes looked amazing and homemade. Great menu choice also.
The cafe is warm and attractively decorated and clean toilet. 10/10 will always visit 😊

Popped in for a coffee, friendly staff nice and warm drink (without having to ask for it to be like that - take note the big chains). Cakes and other treats looked very nice as well but I refrained. Nice to see a good local shop selling a well made coffee at a reasonable price.

Good coffee and lovely staff. Table service with a smile even outside. Coffees could be served in larger portions.... very small cup of black coffee for £2.. no cream or sugar. Tastes good but not good value. I will come again but maybe have a pot of tea. 🤗

We were looking for an alternative to the usual high street branded coffee shops and found this hidden gem.
It was almost closing time but we managed to grab a lovely mocha, coffee and slice of yummy cake.
The staff were friendly and welcomed our little dog with a treat 😊
The bathroom was impressively clean too, considering that it was the end of a busy Saturday. Definitely coming back!

Had to deliver a package in Market Harborough this morning and asked the receiver for the best local (non chain) cafe. He was certainly right! Service with a smile, great coffee and fantastic coffee cake to go with it.

Really lovely local coffee shop/cafe, really good coffees made with soy milk and I love their falafel wrap. They also have a big selection of lovely loose leaf teas! Friendly attentive staff to boot. Would rather go here than a chain coffee shop like a Costa or Starbucks any day.

Tucked away off my usual route I came across this cafe. Lovey food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely return.

We nipped into market harborough to use up some vouchers from Christmas at some of the big high street brands and decided to try out Blend as opposed to a bigger brand like Costa.

We were not disappointed. The latte was absolutely perfect and the foam was made into a sweet heart from the foam.

I had seen the cake advertised on Facebook and the chocolate fudge cake was to die for. Perfect combination of chocolate and fudge whilst not too sickly! My partner had the coffee cake and also gave a similar review. I can confirm now that we will defintiely be looking to return to blend and may sample the lunch menu next time!

The staff were polite and even though they have a cafe to run, they made time to converse with the customers and us during our coffee break

There are very beautiful handmade cakes and chocolate. I like it very much.
