We’ve had the pleasure of working with the extremely talented and delightful Aiyeesha for the past two months at our Pop-Up Supper Nights @ Rhoscolyn Chapel. Not only is her cooking exceptional, she’s also fun to be around and a very thoughtful and hardworking person. Whenever she can help promote local business & produce, she will - and she’s always looking for ways to get other people (especially young people) involved in food and hospitality too. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better partner! We thank our lucky stars daily that she came into our lives! Here’s to working together with her again in the future! We simply adore her … and her utterly divine menus! She’s a credit to Anglesey and we can’t recommend her enough! 😘😘😘😘
