I have bought pans with famous names like The Hairy Bikers and Jamie Oliver on them - even Aga pans - but this Scoville pan I now have beats them all hands down.

Purchased two stock pots and ended up being the most used ones out of my whole collection. Amazing quality. Also - dropped and broke a lid to one of my pots but CS were so helpful and arranged for me to get a replacement for a minimal cost straight away. It arrived within 2 days. I already knew their products were good but very pleased by the customer service aswell.

I am a loyal customer of Scoville and very happy with their after sale service. They have been prompt and always ready to help me after my 26 inch non-stick saute pan had some issue as they have issued me a new pan altogether. They stand by their words and remain committed on their claim on lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend everyone to buy non-stick products only and only from Scoville- the brand you can trust upon.

I first bought two flat trays and was so impressed that I added one larger tray and two small roasters. They are strong (don't buckle in the oven) and genuinely, food doesn't stick and they wash clean with no effort. I then bought various trays and roasters for my family who are also delighted with them. i have used many 'non stick' products in my long life but Scoville is the best by far.

The coating on our pans had been taken off through using the dishwasher but the company changed them all.
You don't get such good customer care this good very often these days.

I ordered a new casserole dish direct from Scoville as it was an excellent price, even including postage cheaper than in store. It arrived very quickly and superbly packaged. It is perfect for making casseroles where I cook the ingredients on the hob first (frying onions etc) and can then either transfer to the oven or keep on the hob to save time/energy.
Overall an excellent purchase which I am very happy with.

I purchased a 3pc Scoville saucepan set from Amazon in 2020.
This week I contacted Scoville through their website due to the pans being in particularly bad condition and to claim against the lifetime warranty.
The inner and outer coating of the pans had come off and the exterior of the pans were all "pitted".

I received a prompt reply from Nathan at scoville.
He requested a few pictures and proof of purchase.
These images went to be assessed by their QC department and the next day Nathan was pleased to be offering us a replacement set to be sent out in the post.
He also offered some guidance to the care instructions to the pans. Predominantly related to dishwasher use. He explained that whilst they are dishwasher safe, it's usually better to wash by hand for best preservation of the nonstick coating.

Overall a very good experience and prompt customer service from Nathan and Scoville. Couldn't ask for better.

My order arrived in very good time. Each of the articles was well-wrapped and the quality of saucepans and frying pans appears to be excellent. So far washing everything in the dishwasher has produced no problems and the surfaces are standing up well to lots of use. Time will tell if the promised long life comes to fruition! No far, though, absolutely no complaints.

I purchased my first Scoville pan over a year ago, and since then I have purchased many more. I absolutely love cooking using my Scoville pots and pans. The testure, flavour and colour of my food looks so much nicer. Their durable, they don't scratch and their super easy to clean. I'm obsessed, and would highly recommend

I’ve been using the Scoville range for a number of years now and they’re hands down the best brand I’ve used to date.

I started with a frying pan and loved it so much I quickly built up a wide collection. From various sized frying pans, sauté pan, saucepans, casserole dishes, baking trays and roasters. Even the utensils are excellent.

Many are used daily and still cook perfectly and always wash up well.

I’m always on the lookout for any new items added to the range and would highly recommend them.

I bought a set of Scoville pans 18 months ago and so far I have no complaints. I use them almost every day and apart from a little wear and tear they are holding up so much better than other pans I have previously bought. Scoville was recommended by my sister in law and I would definitely recommend them to friends too! Fantastic products!

I first tried a roasting pan from the Neverstick+ range and was really impressed with how well it performed. It's definitely easy to clean, but it also has really solid heat distribution (which isn't really talked about as much). I then went and got a whole bunch of other stuff (another roasting pan, frying pan, wok etc.) I really do love them and work really well for me.
The utensils aren't as rigid as I'd really like, but overall they work well and easy to care for. Can whole heartedly recommend!

I have been massively impressed by the Scoville roasting tins and baking sheets I own. I cook a hell of a lot and it’s hard to find great nonstick roasting tins that are affordable. I’ve had them for 2 years now and the nonstick hasn’t altered at all. I was so impressed with the deep roasting tin that I bought 2 more. I recommend them to anyone who asks which tins I use and you can always find a good deal on them in store.

Great products. The pro roaster is the best I have seen anywhere so have since bought 2 frying pans and 2 roasters as presents.
Buying direct resulted in speedy delivery and even with the p&p cost, the prices were as good if not better than elsewhere and they had stock!

Scoville pans are amazing. We have been using them for a while now and can not recommend them enough. So much so I have started buying the baking trays and the utensils too. The baking trays are the best by far, I used to have to replace them every 12 months but never again. Will never go back now.

Selected from a Which review and although it was out of stock when I placed the order it was certainly worth the wait. Great pan, exactly how it was described, very well made and my cooking has improved massively. Less heat required and little if no oil depending on what I’m cooking. Very Highly recommended and a great price.

I have had a wok and a shallow casserole for a couple of months now, and love them both. Very easy to clean, and a treat to use. They heat very quickly on my induction hob, and I can cook on a lower heat than I am used to which all helps given the current electricity prices. I am definitely a fan.

After having a new Kitchen and Induction Hob fitted we needed all new pots and pans. You would have thought it would have been easy to just pop in and get one right away! Spent almost an hour before picking the Scoville range and I’m glad we did

I feel Scoville products are a game changer - YES, they actually are non-stick and durable - love them so much have now replaced all my pots n pans with Scoville. I had to contact Customer Service and Nathan was absolutely first class. Quick response and resolved my query super promptly too. I will recommend Scoville to everyone - thank you Nathan and Scoville. So nice to get EXCELLENT customer service. :)
